Cracking noises ca when Luke clenched his fists. He felt power coursing through his veins like hot molten lava was being pumped in them from his heart. His skin had beco so tough that he could even take swords and arrows with his bare body. The jet black scales were like an armor on his body.
He now awakened fully into a dragon. The awakening process even helped him cross the last threshold and unlock the third chakra, the Solar plexus chakra, and successfully entered the initial Limiter realm.
"Along with the awakening, you’ve advance in your cultivation too." He said with a wide smile.
"Thank you Senior." Luke bowed, bending his waist almost parallel to the ground.
"It was all you child. I was just an observer." He said with a wide smile.
"I know you’ve increased the threshold of my rewards. It was a favor I would never forget."
Stormbreaker just smiled and kept his silence. "I’m sorry child. But I haven’t even asked your na till now."
"I’m Luke senior. Luke Blackstone."
"Blackstone? That explains it now." Stormbreaker nodded in understanding.
"Congratulations on awakening your bloodline and joining the ranks of the dragons Luke."
"Thank you senior. But, will this be my permanent look? Can I not revert back to my human form?" Luke asked, a bit worried. Roaming like this in the continent will be quite uncomfortable for him.
"Hahaha!" Stormbreaker laughed out seeing Luke’s face. "Don’t worry. You can go back to your human form anyti. Just will it in your mind and you’ll change back.
Luke closed his eyes and did as Stormbreaker said. The horns started retracting back inside, the scale armor moved back inside his body and his eyes turned back to amber again along with his hair.
Luke pulled the clothes placed below before moving into the pool and wore them since his body was naked again after the armor retreated back. He clenched his fists again and found not much visible change from Dragon form. He could still feel the power and pressure he was emitting earlier.
"Contain your pressure. Or else the ones close to you will suffocate from it." Stormbreaker said.
Luke nodded and closed his eyes again. slowly the heavy pressure around him lessened and ultimately vanished. Giving an impression of a commoner with no cultivation.
"Being a dragon, you now have high regenerative powers." Stormbreaker said pointing at Luke’s temples. The cuts from the horns retreating back had healed completely, not leaving a single scar.
"Feed the blood armant with a drop of your blood. They have to adapt to your power now after your awakening level up." Stormbreaker said with a smile.
Luke nodded. Prana collected on his index finger and morphed into a pointy needle. He pricked his left index finger and squeezed a drop of blood out, which after falling on the bracelet on his wrist, imdiately disappeared, seeping inside through the scales.
The scales then started rearranging themselves and a dragon head popped out, which then opened its mouth and gulped the other end of the bracelet. Seed like the dragon devouring its own tail now.
Luke channeled prana into them. A low roar erupted from the armant and it started transforming. The usual black gauntlets of Luke had now grown a shade darker. The scales got larger and small horns popped out of their upper surface and the fingers morphed into his dragon form like nails.
The tal scales covered his upper arms and also his whole chest, moving up, enclosed his neck within those black tal scales.
"Amazing!" Luke felt his gauntlets had grown in size and had increased in weight. Perfectly fitting to handle his level up. He felt like he could even decimate a mountain with his punch now.
"This was your first awakening. It’s still not the ultimate form of your dragon blood. Rember Luke, there is another tower sowhere in the realm where you ca from. When you have cultivation equaling to a Domain master, take the trials of the tower again and achieve the final form with your second awakening."
Luke was surprised. He didn’t know that there was a dragon tower sowhere in the vyomir continent. No matter how much he tried to think, no place suitable enough to hold the tower ca to his mind.
"I understand senior." He said politely, bowing his head.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
The compass in his pocket started making loud noises. He pulled it out of his inner pocket and saw the needle flickering red and pointing at a certain direction.
"I think my friends are in trouble right now senior! I have to move imdiately."
"I see. You should hurry then." Stormbreaker then waved his hand and a door appeared out of thin air at the side. They opened and the barren lands of the realm could be seen again.
"Thank you for taking care of senior." Luke bowed and said in a polite manner.
"It was a pleasure eting a promising young man from my dragon clan again. I wish you luck in your future endeavors." He said with a warm smile.
"I’ll co back again after helping my friends, senior. They would love to et you."
Stormbreaker just smiled and didn’t say anything.
"Let just say a final thing. Don’t trust the light too much. They hold the darkest shadows under them."
Luke was a bit confused. He didn’t understand what he ant. But he nodded and kept the words in mind.
Prana collected under his feet and he rushed out of the door. The doors closed after he moved out, leaving Stormbreaker alone in the tower room.
"Stay safe Luke. The fate of the dragon race now rests on your shoulders." A deep sigh escaped him and his body started turning into smoke and slowly dispersed, vanishing completely.
After coming out, Luke found the tower behind him standing firm. Just then it started shaking and dust rose from below as the tower started moving inside the ground and after a few seconds vanished completely. No trace of the tower could be seen again.
Luke was a bit taken aback. But the urgency of the situation didn’t allow him to ponder on it much. He Looked at the compass in his hand, taking note of the direction he needed to move.
Prana collected in his feet and he slowly levitated up from the ground. In the next instance, he zood away, flying at breakneck speed, leaving sonic booms along the way.
