"Who are you?" Luke asked, confused at soone suddenly jumping between them.
Raven was a bit surprised, he thought Luke was trying to humiliate him, but then realized the truth and laughed out.
"Hahaha! Sorry, I forgot. You were in a deep sleep that day, when I took the flower from you."
"So you’re that thief. Haha! I thought you were so noble or sothing with that attitude." Luke laughed at him as Adriana chuckled at the side, turning her head away.
Raven’s brows furrowed in annoyance. He was also a bit surprised as he didn’t know that the noon bloom that ca from the adventurer’s side, was from Luke himself. He just realized that he had been played by these two, and had to suffer such humiliation.
Unable to retaliate, he ignored Luke and turned towards Adriana.
"Can we talk for a minute?"
"Say what you want to tell right here." She said, refusing to move elsewhere.
Fury rose inside Raven, seeing her being firm and choosing to stay with Luke rather than moving away with him.
"Leave your team and join us. you are wasting your potential with those two weak asses."
"Shut up Raven." Adriana said in a cold voice. Flas of fury burned in her eyes, but she tried to control herself.
"They’ll stay weak forever and will also keep pulling you down. That’s why you even choose friends like this clown and his useless mates." He scoffed, furious at Adriana being so unreasonable.
"Oi thief. I was holding myself back because Adriana is capable enough to defend herself. But you’ve crossed the line bringing my mates into this." A cold and hoarse voice escaped from Luke.
He released intense bloodlust as a huge pressure fell on Raven. Adriana wanted to yell at Raven but the intense pressure from Luke shocked her. Though the pressure was not directed at her, standing near him, it was still suffocating for her, and she couldn’t imagine what Raven was under.
Raven’s knees started to wobble, they were about to give up and he was about to kneel on the ground, as the pressure was too much to bear. Drops of sweat ford on his forehead and a chill went down his spine, feeling death was just a step away from him.
He channeled mana and two runic circles appeared on both his palms as gravity magic was released upon Luke as intense pressure fell on him, and upon himself he casted anti-gravity to ease Luke’s pressure and bloodlust.
When the gravity magic fell on him, Luke didn’t even twitch, he slowly started moving towards Raven. With slow strides he reached in front of him and brought his face near his.
"Your puny pressure doesn’t affect ." Luke said coldly.
Raven’s eyes opened wide in shock, the pressure upon him increased even further as Luke ca close to him. it was getting unbearable and his legs were about to give up.
"Stop it Luke!" Adriana yelled as the people nearby turned their heads around.
They were confused at first, but seeing two young n facing each other in anger and the young girl yelling at them seed like a relationship problem and went about with a chuckle.
The pressure upon Raven vanished imdiately along with the bloodlust, and he imdiately started levitating up because of the anti-gravity he casted on himself.
He cancelled both the spells and fell back on the ground and saw Luke grinning at him. laughing at his blunder.
Raven clenched his fists tight, fury rising inside him as he gritted his teeth. "I’ll see you in the tournant. Let’s see if you can still keep that grin on your face."
"I hope we do et in the tournant. Or else you’ll keep living with this misunderstanding that you’re strong."
Raven scoffed at him and left from the scene imdiately.
"I never saw this kind of face of his. It was quite refreshing." Adriana smiled gleefully.
"Thanks for the praise." Luke said with a smile.
"I didn’t thank you though." Adriana said, confused.
"You ant the sa thing though."
Adriana shook her head as she laughed at Luke’s shalessness. Luke was taken aback seeing her smile. He couldn’t take her eyes off of her, her laughter felt like a divine lody striking the chords in his heart. She always has a cold and stiff look on her face, but now she looked like a celestial maiden from heaven.
Seeing Luke gazing at her with a foolish smile on his face, her cheeks imdiately went red, she was perplexed and imdiately collected herself.
"I-I’ll s-s-see you in the tournant. G-Good luck." Leaving those words in a hurry she ran away from there, leaving Luke standing on the spot, confused.
While moving through the streets, Adriana still rembered Luke’s face with that foolish smile. Her cheeks were red and her heartbeat fast. she didn’t know what was happening to her, thought she was feeling sick because of hunger, unaware of the feelings that had just sprouted in her heart.

After reaching the inn, Adriana asked one of the employees about the dining hall. Getting the direction from her, she then moved behind the staircase towards the room behind and after walking through the hallway reached the hall.
She saw Jane and Jordan sitting with a lot of food on the table. With a smile when she moved closer, she was t with quite the surprise that the smile instantly vanished from her face.
There were three more figures with Jane and Jordan around the table. They were Luke’s mates, Noah. Shane and Ruby. They were chatting with each other, making jokes, laughing and sharing food on the table.
"Captain’s here." Jordan said seeing Adriana stand at the door.
Jane got up and pulled Adriana to the table, and made her sit on one of the two empty chairs.
"You people...how are you..."
"Oh! We’re staying in this inn too." Ruby said with a smile.
"Haha. What a coincidence right?" Noah said with an awkward laugh.
"What coincidence? Luke dragged us here when he s.." Shane couldn’t complete his words as Ruby held his mouth tight.
"Haha! You might be hungry. Take so of this Adriana." Said Ruby, laughing awkwardly.
"Luke’s here too. Hey! Co here." Noah called out loud seeing Luke.
Luke moved towards the table and seeing a single seat empty beside Adriana he sat there.
"We et again." Luke smiled at Adriana after taking his seat.
Adriana imdiately jumped up from her seat.
"I-I’m not feeling q-quite well. I’ll feel good after so s-s-sleep. You all e-enjoy." She rushed out of the hall hurriedly.
"What’s the matter with her?" Jane asked, confused seeing her unusual behavior.
"Captain never says no to food." Jordan said with worry.
Luke was confused. She ran away from the plaza too. He got depressed thinking if he had done sothing for her to ignore him like this.
Noah, Shane and Ruby looked with furrowed brows at him, as if asking what have you done.
Luke shrugged his shoulders, as even he didn’t know what wrong he had done for her to act like this.
