The first thing to do after getting the marriage certificate was, naturally, to show off their love on social dia.
Ye Wanwan and He Junting took a selfie holding their red booklets and posted it on their social dia accounts with the sa caption:
"For the rest of our lives, we have each other."
Soon, the comnts section was filled with surprised congratulations.
Within minutes, Xiao Jinng's call ca through.
Ye Wanwan answered, hearing Xiao Jinng's voice filled with envy and a hint of complaint.
"Wanwan~ I can't believe you and Junting got married behind my back! I'm no longer your favorite little darling. You two better be ridiculously happy!"
Ye Wanwan chuckled, "ngng, thank you. But when are you and Shu Ning getting married? You should hurry up!"
Hearing this, Xiao Jinng felt a bit dejected. "Shu Ning hasn't ntioned getting married again. I don't know how to bring it up. Wanwan, you don't think he's being a jerk, do you?"
Ye Wanwan laughed, "ngng, I'm sure Shu Ning has his own plans. Why don't you try to get him talking and see what he says?"

Xiao Jinng frowned at Shi Shuning's reply. Is that all he has to say?
ng ng Not Fat: Shu Ning, don't you want to say anything else?
Slightly Sweet Lemon: Well, I wish them happiness!

Xiao Jinng stopped replying, flopping onto her bed and burying her head under the covers.
"Ugh, Shi Shuning, you jerk! You bastard! I'm never talking to you again!"

But despite her words, she was completely under Shi Shuning's spell.

At first, Xiao Jinng struggled, but Shi Shuning's kissing skills were top-notch. Before long, Xiao Jinng had lted.
When the kiss ended, Xiao Jinng collapsed in his arms, tears welling up as she regretted how easily she'd given in. Her little fists pumled his chest aimlessly.
Shi Shuning chuckled, his arms tightening around Xiao Jinng.

Xiao Jinng felt hurt inside and snorted coldly, "Hmph, I don't want to talk to you!"
"ngng, do you want to marry ?"
"No!"
"Really? You're not lying to ?"
"Really! I'm a dog if I'm lying!"
Shi Shuning responded with a hint of disappointnt, "Alright then. In that case, let take you sowhere."
Xiao Jinng's heart ached. Was this a farewell before breaking up? Her eyes instantly reddened. Shi Shuning really was a jerk, a scumbag!
Shi Shuning held Xiao Jinng's hand and started walking. Xiao Jinng didn't resist, moving forward step by step as if in a daze.
As they walked, a girl from their class ran up and gave her a rose. "Happy graduation, Class Monitor ngng." Then she ran off.
Xiao Jinng thought it was just classmates wishing each other well before leaving school. She felt a bit inadequate as class monitor for not preparing gifts for her classmates.
Later, another male classmate and his girlfriend ca up and gave her a rose. "Class Monitor ngng, stay happy~"
Then various classmates, both familiar and unfamiliar, ca to give her flowers. The single rose in her hand turned into a large bouquet, barely held in both hands without falling.
Xiao Jinng was bewildered, "Am I really this popular?"
Shi Shuning watched her confused expression, his eyes full of tenderness. The next second, the sound of party poppers went off with a "bang bang bang" beside her ears.
Xiao Jinng was startled. She looked up to see confetti falling from the sky and the classmates who had just given her flowers now holding heart-shaped pink balloons, smiling at her.
She turned to look at Shi Shuning, but the person who had been by her side was nowhere to be seen.
Xiao Jinng's heart started racing. Ye Wanwan ran up with a smile, linked arms with Xiao Jinng, and led her through the crowd.
In the next mont, a vast sea of roses appeared before her eyes. Also present were both sets of parents, her brother, her sister, Shu Ning's parents, Shu An and Yan, and Junting.
Ye Wanwan let go of Xiao Jinng's arm, took the roses from her hands, and returned to He Junting's side.
Shi Shuning walked towards her from the opposite side, holding a small box in his left hand and a bouquet made of lollipops in his right.
Xiao Jinng's heart was pounding. Was this what she thought it was?
Her already teary eyes reddened even more.
The man slowly walked up to her, placed the lollipop bouquet in Xiao Jinng's hands, then knelt down on one knee. He opened the small box in his hand, revealing a dazzling diamond ring that caught the sunlight.
Xiao Jinng couldn't help but cover her face as she looked at the man kneeling before her.
"ngng, I'm sorry for making you upset these past few days. I've been preparing for this proposal for a long ti. I wanted everyone to witness our love. It was wrong of to keep it a secret from you. I'll accept any punishnt you want to give later."
"ngng, will you marry ? I want to take care of you for a lifeti, love you for a lifeti, take you to eat your way across the country, and make you the happiest little foodie in the world."
"Marry him! Marry him!"
"Say yes! Say yes!"
The crowd around them started chanting. Xiao Jinng, her face red, couldn't help but burst into laughter.
Xiao Jinng couldn't believe that Shi Shuning had actually prepared a surprise for her, especially since she had just told him she wouldn't marry him and even joked about tricking him like a puppy.
With tears in her eyes, Xiao Jinng looked at Shi Shuning, who was down on one knee, his face a mix of nervousness and anticipation. In a mont of impulse, she blurted out a couple of "Woof, woof" sounds.
The entire place fell silent for a mont, then erupted into cheers once again.
Shi Shuning was highly amused by Xiao Jinng's unexpected reaction, his body shaking as he tried to hold back his laughter.
Feeling embarrassed, Xiao Jinng lowered her head without saying a word. She simply extended her left hand, signaling Shi Shuning to put the ring on her finger.
The crowd's cheers grew even louder. Fearing she might change her mind, Shi Shuning quickly slipped the ring onto her ring finger with trembling hands. He then imdiately stood up, embraced her, and kissed her passionately.
Ye Wanwan watched the kissing couple, her eyes welling up with tears. How wonderful, she thought, wishing them both a lifeti of happiness together.
