Xiao Jinng and Ye Wanwan stayed in the dorm until evening, when Ye Jinchen called to take them out for dinner.
"Big brother, did you manage to win over Sister Yijun?" Xiao Jinng asked while eating.
Ye Jinchen's hand holding the chopsticks paused, and he coughed lightly in embarrassnt. "Ahem, why are kids asking so much? Just eat!"
As he spoke, he served Xiao Jinng a chopstick full of fish.
Xiao Jinng rolled her eyes inwardly and muttered, "If you can't win her over, then you can't. How can you call a kid? I'm already twenty-one, and I'll be graduating from university soon. How am I a kid?"
Sitting beside her, Ye Wanwan couldn't help but laugh out loud.
