Right after Su Yayan had finished speaking, comnts that were pouring in increased aggressively.
Fortunately, a few true, loyal fans responded to her question right away. ‘XiaYouNingXi’, a beneficiary from past lucky draws, went the extra mile to privately ssage her a link.
Su Yayan clicked on it and found herself staring at a long essay – a long statent, to be exact.
The mont she saw the ID of the person who posted the statent, she guessed the whole story.
Wen Jingping saw how Su Yayan’s fanbase on Onlooker was growing rapidly and she had to do sothing about it.
After skimming through the statent, this was what she got. “I haven’t been paying much attention to the situation in the livestream platform recently because I’ve been involved with a talent show, and I’ve missed a lot of news. I’m back today since we’ve finally gotten a break from the talent show but after finally reading the private ssages sent to by fans, I found out that soone copied and beca very popular.”
It was followed by a heart-wrenching narration emphasizing that all the dishes she cooked during her livestream were from a passed down recipe book from her family and she had ant for it to benefit her audience, but she never would have thought that it would fall victim to plagiarism. She had no intention of holding the plagiarizing host responsible, but she pleaded with the host to voluntarily stop their hurtful ways and stop making money out of it.
This entire statent reeked of fallacy. Even though Su Yayan’s channel na was not ntioned, it was not hard for anyone to figure it out since she was the only one that had risen to fa in the cooking section recently.
The best part of this entire statent was that, instead of ntioning the specific dish that Su Yayan had cooked on her livestream channel was the sa one that she did, Wen Jingping simply concluded that Su Yayan’s channel was pirating hers and reinforced her story by emotionally ntioning the legacy that was her family’s recipe book.
Those that did not know the truth would take a look at the statent and subconsciously lean towards the victim, thinking how kind and how considerate she was even though she was bullied, and how the bully was absolutely awful.
With a bad first impression and a worse subliminal ssage from the statent, who else would go out of their way to verify things and seek the truth?
If one were to pay for a bunch of water armies to stir the pot while being assimilated in the crowd, Su Yayan’s cris would be easily convicted with re words.
Those that were flooding the comnts in Su Yayan’s livestream page were either water armies, or the ‘righteous armies’ Wen Jingping had managed to bewitch.
Su Yayan’s eyes narrowed as she scoffed. “Looks like soone who had marked the cooking section on Onlooker as her territory really have skin thicker than walls. Admin, are you here? You can start banning now.”
Huo Chenhuan had just logged on to Onlooker and the mont he stepped into the Su Yayan’s platform, he was greeted with the avalanche of vexing comnts. His expression darkened as he swiftly began his banning spree. He would have done it even if Su Yayan had not ntioned it.
Wen Jingping had quite a large fanbase, and she had attracted more from being on the talent show. Together with the water armies that were present, it had accumulated to an alarming amount.
If it were other platforms, even if their admins worked really hard, they would not be able to ban such a large amount of people before they heavily pollute the livestream.
So of the new hosts were talented, but they were poor and they had no one to back them up, so once they were unlucky enough to encounter attacks from big-ti hosts with a certain following, they could only lant on how unfortunate they were as they watch their livestream career crumble.
However, this ti, soone was fated to have their plans foiled.
Huo Chenhuan may not be able to ban hundreds and thousands of accounts at the sa ti, but the tech departnt of Onlookers and all its sister companies definitely can!
