50 Cheering For Others

On the sports field, Li Ming followed the staff mber in charge and walked to his own track in an orderly manner.

“Class representative! I’ve brought my goddess over to cheer for you!” Xu ng jumped up and down and waved at Li Ming, who was on the side of the track. She looked more excited than the athletes on the track.

Li Ming heard the shouts and looked over. At first glance, he saw He Miao, who was smiling and nodding at him.

He replied with a bright smile, just like when they first t. He was still that warm and handso young man.

Xu ng’s heart skipped a beat when she saw that smile. Her scream was suddenly stuck in her throat. She tugged at He Miao’s sleeve and asked in surprise, “Was the class representative smiling at you just now? Why do I feel like I’m prying into the class representative’s privacy?”

“What privacy?” He Miao raised an eyebrow and asked her curiously.

Xu ng shook her head. She had just seen clearly that there was an inexplicable love hidden in Li Ming’s smile.

However, she could not bring herself to say it out loud, so she could only quietly suppress her shock. Under He Miao’s increasingly confused gaze, she blinked and smiled nonchalantly. “Nothing, nothing. Look! The competition is about to start!”

With the sound of the starting gun, the athletes on the field were like arrows that left the bow, desperately dashing to the finish line.

The 100-ter race was just a short distance event, so there was no need to hold back. Li Ming smiled and rushed ahead of everyone.

The scene imdiately boiled over.

Xu ng excitedly pulled on He Miao’s sleeve, dancing and shouting for support. Seeing that Li Ming had run far away, she was still afraid that he could not hear her, so she dragged He Miao and chased after him.

“It’s only a hundred ters, but those girls are still going through all that trouble.” Mu Xiao, who was in the Computer Science Departnt’s grandstand, smacked his lips as he took a bite of a potato chip. He looked contemptuously at the two female students who were trying to catch up with the boy who was leading the race.

As he looked, he suddenly realized that sothing was wrong. Not only was there a cool breeze blowing around him, but one of the two female students’ figures was also becoming more and more familiar.

Mu Xiao squinted his eyes and stared at the girls for a long ti. Suddenly, he slapped his thigh in realization and threw the chips in his hand onto the leg of the person beside him. “Isn’t that He Miao?”

Mu Xiao felt the air around him beco even more oppressive as soon as he finished speaking. He quickly took the potato chips off his pants and said with a smile as if nothing had happened, “Maybe He Miao wants to take the opportunity to practice running. I heard that she signed up for an event!”

Jing Yan’s cold eyes looked over, and his thin lips curved into a mocking smile. He snorted, turned around, and left the stands.

“Brother Yan, where are you going?” Mu Xiao hurriedly put down the potato chips in his hand and ran after Jing Yan, who was walking faster and faster. “Brother Yan, you’re leaving?”

Mu Xiao’s chattering voice got close to Jing Yan’s ear, but his words got stuck in his throat when Jing Yan glared at him.

Jing Yan did not even bother to spare him a glance. “Going to the bathroom,” he said. He walked away.

Mu Xiao shook his head as if he had invited a rebuff. He returned to the stands and continued to watch the competition with great interest.

After shaking off the annoying Mu Xiao, Jing Yan did not go to the washroom. Instead, he walked straight to the grandstand where He Miao was.

This woman actually dared to personally go down to cheer for another man. Did she know that he had not recovered from his injury from chasing the car that ti, but he accompanied her to practice running every night with his four sore dog legs?

He ran after her however much she ran.

Even when she could not run anymore and wanted to give up, he had to endure the humiliation in his heart and bark like a dog to coax her to continue.

Now, however her running speed had made a marked improvent, but she used it to catch up with other n’s footsteps and cheer them on!

Jing Yan’s face was cold as he walked to the stands of the Fragrance and Perfus Departnt. He imdiately saw He Miao, who was still hurrying around.

He snorted coldly and stepped forward to grab her wrist, which was about to pass Li Ming a bottle of water. He snatched the bottle of water from her hand and smiled sarcastically. “Little Sister, Big Brother had a hard ti coming here to find you, and I’m thirsty.”

“Younger Sister? Big Brother?” Xu ng looked at the obviously unhappy Jing Yan in confusion, then at He Miao, who was frowning in surprise. She suddenly realized sothing. “My goddess, Young Master Jing is your brother!”
