"N-No way...."

Hibono, one of the watchers who remained on the upper floor of the Paradisus Legion Tower, gritted his teeth in frustration and fear.

What the fuck...is that?

He had never seen anything like it, and he shivered, keeping his trembling gaze on the one who stared back at him with a deathly expression.

He could not believe his eyes, and for a few seconds, he believed that he was surely daydreaming. But as those seconds passed and bloodshed continued to appear, he had finally co to that horrifying conclusion.

A Magical Beast had transford into a human, still being able to retain and use their magical powers.

Without even asking his companions if they had seen what he had seen, she quickly ordered them:

"D-Don’t hesitate!! Shoot!!"

At once, his three co-workers, Mitaka, Adrian and Maya, simultaneously aid at the figure who was now situated about only less than half a mile away, but Maya shot first as she pulled the trigger without fear.

BANG! With that shot ringing out, it took less than a second for the bullet to cleanly penetrate through Shihon’s skull as blood spewed out.

"Done."

"Nice one, Maya! You’ve hit all of your shots so far!"

At once, her peers breathed a sigh of relief and comnded her on her sharpshooting skills while the impact of the bullet’s collision caused Shihon’s body to lean back, but Hibono paused as he continued to keep watch of the situation with the telescope.

"You’re fucking kidding..."

"Hm? What’s up Hibo....."

Adrian calmly asked what the matter was, but he could not finish his sentence. His words were caught in his throat as he followed Hibono’s line of sight, and naturally, both Maya and Mitaka followed suit.

"Hey, are we all collectively fucking dreaming, or is that...thing sohow still alive?" Maya asked with raised eyebrows.

"Yeah, I don’t think that this is a dream, but you can slap the shit outta Adrian just to make sure."

"Alright-"

"Don’t you fucking dare," was the cold answer from Adrian who did not enjoy the sudden joke that tried to ease the tension that was brewing. "What is happening!?"

Shihon had remained on her feet with a firm stance, and the bullet popped out of the hole in her skull as the brain parts, skin, blood, and bone erged before it, regenerating herself in less than ten seconds, much to the dismay of the watchtower guards. However...

Hibono’s eyes lit up as he noticed sothing, and Shihon instantly gnashed her teeth as she tried her best to endure the overwhelming, searing warmth that flooded into her head.

THAT....HURTSSS!!!

The feeling of being stabbed straight into her forehead had almost knocked her out completely, and the appearance of her Unleashed form began to fluctuate as she panted heavily.

S-Shit....my concentration for this form is broken!

She was slowly beginning to revert back to the basic form of her human self, as her hair began to loosen and her eye color was returning back to its original color of a light green.

Instantly noticing that so form of damage had indeed been done, Hibono wasted no ti.

"Shoot at her, all at the sa ti. I think that she still feels pain! We might be able to take her down! Go ahead while I inform the backup watchers from the first floor!"

Wanting to gain reinforcents from their last line of defence, he said those words, and despite usually being mad at his authoritative commands, the rest of his co-workers proceeded obediently while he exited the top floor.

With all three mbers aiming at the struggling bloodied Shihon, they were ready to fire.

And just as they pulled on the trigger, Shihon had t their gaze.

"[Shihon Unleashed]."

BANG! BANG! POW!

All three bullets sped into her face, her shoulder, and her chest, but were all blown away with a powerful gust of wind that blew from her transformation sequence.

Their hearts all stopped beating at the sa ti, as they were unable to comprehend what just happened.

Shihon’s hair returned to beautiful white blades that erged and contorted from her scalp, and she glared with glorious, shining eyes.

My mana is running out soon, so let’s finish this.

She stooped downwards, bracing herself, and instantly powered forward as she sped closer to the tower with a blur.

Why am I so worked up? she wondered as the cold air slapped against her face with a powerful whiplash. I’m supposed to be heeding my Master’s commands and taking care of his injuries, so why the fuck....why the fuck am I heading straight to the enemy?

She had once again disregarded her Master, just like the shopping incident with the Luna Gang back in Polar Town. However, this ti, her feelings and emotions were way different.

((

"[It’s ti to put all of our early morning runs to the test, Shihon! You’re doing great so far!]"

"[We can’t afford to hold back, partner! It’s go big or go ho!]"

"I trust you, Shihon!"

"SHIHON!!!! COVER EVERYBODY!!!"

))

He had put his absolute faith in her, but slowly and surely, she had seen his weakened and panicking side. That was quite unlike the Liohi which she knew.

Thus, she wanted to do whatever she could to help him by completely annihilating the threats that could potentially ss with him. That was the ntality of Shihon, his trusty Magical Beast Girl, who took nothing for granted.

You saw my human form, so you’ll have to go, unfortunately, she thought with a weak grin, directing it to the opposition who had been trying to eliminate her.

Then, she prayed for Liohi’s safety, just for a while until she returned to him just as quickly.

I’m sorry Master, I’m truly sorry. But please...just hang in there.

She was doing the opposite of caring for him by most people’s standards, but she had to ensure that there would be nobody who could put him at risk in the first layer of the Paradisus Legion.

Therefore, for the sake of Liohi Kitagami’s safety, she would discard her morality only for a while. Because...

...I will kill everyone who threatens to harm my Master. That I promise.
