I'm screwed!

No sooner had he thought this than it was too late.

In just that instant, Enos, who was standing on the podium, had already caught his little turning-around action and imdiately let out a roar like a bull.

"Luo Yan, daring to fidget during my class, you've got so nerve!!!"

The entire classroom trembled, and the students sitting in the front row were already in agony, covering their ears.

And this was just the regular volu Enos used when scolding students.

"I'm sorry, sir——" Luo Yan shot up to his feet, swiftly apologizing, but he was interrupted by another thunderous roar.

"Sorry? Hell doesn't have the word 'sorry'! Lift your head and look into my eyes! You dare look into the eyes of an Enchanting Demon but not mine? Don't submit to fear, overco it! That's right, just like that! Good, now you can go to the restroom and dry your pants! Hahahaha!"

Enos burst into laughter, self-amused, and the classroom followed with an outburst of laughter.

"Hahahaha!"

Only Egger looked at Luo Yan with the eyes of a frightened deer, wearing a worried expression.

Mia clicked her tongue, hands behind her head and an unsatisfied expression on her face, unsure whether she was regretting that Professor Enos spoiled her fun or that she wasn't the one who wet soone's pants.

Of course, Luo Yan's pants were not wet, naturally making a trip to the restroom unnecessary.

Amidst the laughter of his classmates, he didn't respond, only sitting back down with resignation.

It was just another day in Hell, such occurrences were all too common, and this wasn't the first ti a professor in this University had toyed with him.

Just yesterday, Ms. Lilith, the lecturer of Illusion and Control Spells, had used him as live demonstration material.

The Mia sitting behind him had probably been doing a crude imitation of that lady caster just now.

As for Professor Enos, he was actually one of the more friendly professors at Demon King University, at least one who could teach him so useful skills.

All thanks to him.

As an ordinary human living in Hell, it had been a long ti since he had last wet himself from the gaze of a Fear Demon.

And as for Ms. Lilith, she was purely doing it for her own amusent.

To this day, he was still unable to immunize himself against the control spells of an Enchanting Demon; there must definitely be sothing wrong with her teaching thods!

As for how an ordinary human like him ended up studying in this hellhole, it's a long story.

First of all, he wasn't from this world but a transmigrator from Earth.

The transmigration was the result of a traffic accident, the details of which were now blurry, but when he opened his eyes again, he found himself in the depths of the Demon God Temple on the Aus Continent, with mysterious inscriptions and a pentagram behind him.

According to the Shadow Priests in the Temple, his mother was a human acolyte, and his father was a mber of the Blood Race who chose not to reveal his na.

Theoretically, he should have inherited half of the Blood Race's genes... but that wasn't the case.

In this world, the inheritance of the Blood Race isn't accomplished through primitive mating but requires the ritual of the Initial Embrace for the transmission of Blood Race powers.

It's a rather complicated process that not only tests resources and efforts but also the genealogy of the target.

Usually, only those born from the union of Blood Race mbers would receive the Initial Embrace from their kin at birth.

As, unfortunately, the illegitimate son, Luo Yan clearly wasn't entitled to such an embrace.

And what flowed in his veins was nothing more than the blood of an ordinary human.

From his father, he might have inherited a handso face and a noble bloodline which was practically useless, but nothing more... not that he had expected any more.

His mother Tiffany died not long after giving birth to him, and his father hadn't appeared at all for the past eighteen years.

But that was of no concern either.

Initially, when he first arrived in this world, Luo Yan thought his life was shrouded in darkness, dood forever. However, after so ti, he discovered that it wasn't all that hopeless.

Firstly, humans in the underground world are designated as "protected species" by the decree of the Demon God.

All human followers of the Demon God are not to be harassed or discriminated against by the Undead or Demons of Hell, let alone hard, with violators to be executed.

Whether this is for the surface dwellers covertly worshipping the Demon God or for preserving Hell's biodiversity, humans in Hell all have their credentials, and they actually live quite well... as long as they aren't prey caught or prisoners of war.

Although expecting the society in Hell, which respects power above all, to completely forgo discrimination against humans is impossible, at least on the surface, no Demon or Undead would dare to cast spells on humans who are followers of the Demon God, particularly the closer one is to Hell's political center.

Additionally, humans receive bonus points when applying to Hell's higher education institutions.

Despite that humans possess the least magical talent and, even with the extra points, the majority still wouldn't be able to get in.

Beyond the advantage in education, the prospects for employnt are pretty good.

While most workshops run by Demons don't welco frail humans, the clergy under the Departnt of Truth in the Temple always welco humans with open arms.

This position is akin to Hell's civil servant, holds a certain status, and pays decently. Although there isn't much room for promotion, there's also no danger, and after death, one need not beco an Undead but can directly enter the Rebirth Pool and be reincarnated as a Demon.
