Wei Wucai raised his eyebrow and asked, “Here to et a friend?”
“Here for work,” Yan Zhiqing replied. She then asked courteously, “Are you here for work?”
Wei Wucai did not answer and just said, “Ca to see soone.”
Yan Zhiqing nodded and said, “Then I’ll get going first.”
“Go ahead,” Wei Wucai said.
However, Yan Zhiqing walked in front while Wei Wucai walked behind her. As they walked, Yan Zhiqing noticed that he was still following her.
Yan Zhiqing stopped. She turned and saw that Wei Wucai was just one step behind her.
Seeing that she had stopped, Wei Wucai also stopped.
He heard Yan Zhiqing say, “What a coincidence. Don’t tell you’re along the sa aisle as ?”
Wei Wucai chuckled. “Perhaps it might really be such a coincidence.”
“Hmph!” Yan Zhiqing flipped her hair and ignored him, taking big strides ahead.
Her narrow and high stilettos made crisp, click-clack sounds on the hotel’s marble floor. She was clearly wearing stilettos that were really high, yet she still managed to walk so domineeringly.
And the way she walked really looked quite good.
Wei Wucai walked behind. He really did not intend to follow her, it was because they were really going in the sa direction.
But he also subconsciously began to admire how Yan Zhiqing walked.
