Although Eleanor Hollis had already closed the webpage before shutting down the computer, Hugo Quinn still managed to get into that forum based on her browsing history.

Eleanor Hollis, feeling discouraged like an ostrich, hung her head, knowing she was surely in for a scolding.

But after a long ti, no sound ca from beside her, and Hugo Quinn’s breathing was normal.

She turned her head to look and found that the man was smiling, slowly browsing through the complints about him.

After browsing, he seed very satisfied.

"These people have good taste, Eleanor Hollis, you should learn from them."

Eleanor’s pupils shrank sharply, feeling that this wasn’t the cold-faced Hugo Quinn she knew; Hugo wasn’t like this at all.

Hugo placed the computer down and suddenly looked at her aningfully.

Eleanor hurriedly shrank back onto the bed, but saw Hugo lifting the corners of his mouth.

"So you know what I want to do, being so proactive."

After saying that, he pressed down on her.

Eleanor felt deeply wronged; she truly hadn’t intentionally moved onto the bed, but since the man had pounced, there was no room for resistance.

As always, they fit together seamlessly, and Hugo let out a sigh, holding her tightly in his arms.

"Eleanor, when everything is over, can you give a child?"

His words were so gentle that Eleanor’s mind was in a daze, and in the end, she slowly nodded.

Hugo left a satisfied kiss on her lips and continued his endeavors.

It wasn’t until the servant’s voice sounded from outside, saying it was ti to eat, that they slowly separated.

The workers upstairs had already left and would return the next day.

The renovation workers Hugo brought in were top-tier in the country. Although they only worked for an afternoon, the aquarium already had a basic shape.

Marcus marveled as he walked around it, then ran towards his father.

"Dad, you’re amazing, there’s nothing you can’t do!"

Hugo took a step back from the impact, seeing the innocence and admiration in the child’s eyes, and felt a surge of pride.

However, he maintained his expression, lightly touching Marcus’s head.

"Let’s eat."

Marcus quickly nodded and hurriedly sat at the dining table.

After dinner, Hugo went back to the study to work overti. Eleanor felt bored and, seeing that there was no yogurt at ho, decided to drive out to buy so.

Sitting in the driver’s seat, she felt a bit uneasy, but recalling that the woman was already taken care of by Hugo, she felt at ease.

At the mall, she wandered around, grabbed four or five bottles of yogurt, and was about to check out when she saw a woman standing not far from her.

They had t once before; she suspected the woman of following her back then.

Now, seeing her in the mall again.

Rachel Lynch just looked at Eleanor Hollis, tears glistening in her eyes, unable to suppress her emotions.

Eleanor found it strange, but still passed by her.

"Have you been well these years?"

The woman suddenly spoke, and because of the sunglasses, Eleanor couldn’t see the tears in her eyes.

"Ma’am, are you asking ?"

Eleanor pointed to herself, surprisedly glancing around, realizing there was no one else around.

"Pretty well."

Rachel sighed. The more she investigated her daughter’s past, the more guilt she felt. She truly didn’t know how the child had survived all these years.

"I’m the wife of the eldest son of the Ford Family. I know you, Eleanor Hollis."

Rachel spoke, trying to keep her voice calm.

So she was from the Ford Family. Eleanor had no good feelings towards the Ford Family, especially considering what happened to Samantha Sullivan, her deanor turned cold.

"So, you’re from the Ford Family, I see."

Rachel knew she was misunderstood; she hadn’t co to provoke anyone. Besides, Claire Shaw’s fate had nothing to do with her.

"I’m not here because of Claire Shaw, contrary to what everyone thinks. Claire Shaw deserved what she got."

Eleanor gave her a surprised look, because the person’s tone was serious, with no sense of kidding. She inexplicably felt a bit of goodwill towards her.

"Mom, so you’re here, is everything bought? Let’s go back, dad’s waiting for us."

A boy in his mid-teens ran over, standing in front of the woman.

The woman suddenly seed at a loss, not even daring to et Eleanor’s eyes.

Knowing full well this person might not know her, she still felt guilty and embarrassed.

Back then, despairing over Nicholas Hollis, she gave up on her daughter, naively thinking that following Nicholas might give her a good life.

So she accepted another man and soon had a child with him.

"Then... we’ll be off."

Her tone was panicked, pulling the boy and hurriedly leaving.

Eleanor stood there, feeling baffled; both tis she saw this woman, the latter seed strange, like she had much to say but held back.

She took the yogurt, went to the register, and after paying, she headed to her car.

But just as she was about to close the door, a shadow quickly slipped into her car.

She was startled, instinctively thinking the person ant harm, about to strike when he pushed her into the passenger seat.

"Sorry, I’m on the run."

A graceful, pleasant male voice sounded, and he skillfully drove the car away.

Eleanor curled up in the passenger seat; she didn’t know this man at all, what did he want?

Moreover, she slled a strong scent of blood; he said he was running for his life, could he have provoked soone?

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Gunfire rang out outside, faintly accompanied by n shouting.

No need to look back; Eleanor knew there were many cars following behind, just as the man said, he was running for his life.

"I want to go ho."

She calmly said this, but the man seed not to hear, flooring the gas pedal, taking them further from Hugo Quinn’s villa.

Eleanor’s heart felt a twinge of panic; this man looked complicated, why did he target her?

The man seed to know what she was thinking, as a slow smile appeared on his face.

"This car is impressive, with presidential-level defense equipnt. Your identity must not be simple, don’t worry, I won’t cause you trouble. Once I’m safe, I’ll let you go, and I’ll compensate for any damages to this car."

His voice was pleasant, and despite many pursuers outside and the sounds of bullets around them, under his calming presence, Eleanor inexplicably cald down, gripping the handrail tightly above her.
