"Ha-ha, didn't I tell you to bet on Bai Gui!?"

"But you insisted on betting on a newbie who was fighting the eight strongest outer court disciple"

"He he, good riddance to you maybe next ti you will take my advice"

His friend poured more salt on his injury as the outer court disciple slumped deeper into his seat, accepting his fate

"By the power vested in by all those who have fallen at war,-"

Kun Chao began to chant as almost everyone within the arena leaned forward on their seats

"Is that a divine ability!?"

One of the outer court disciples exclaid as the outer court disciple who had bet on Kun Chao earlier opened his eyes and sat up on his seat with an incredulous expression plastered on his face

"Ha-ha ha Yi Li, you bastard, what were you saying earlier!?"

"Chen Jiu, do not gloat yet Let's see if Bai Gui responds with his own Divine Ability or not"

The youth who placed his bet on Kun Chao to win because of his odds of defeating the 'War God Trials' was about 800:1, jeered back at his friend who just stomped on his luck when Kun Chao dispersed his Susanoo

"This boy is not only wise, but he has also comprehended a divine ability of the Fla Dao"

"Elder Fifth, do you mind us taking this guy away?" Sect Leader i of the Fla Phoenix Sect pleaded

"Let the tournant end, then we will discuss the best location to send them"

"Moreover, you all shouldn't be in a rush yet, after all, the inner court selection exam is only in a little over a year, and then you will find a lot of disciples that would suit your sects, rather than you all bickering over these five youngsters"

Elder Fifth responded with his gaze set on Min Hong throughout the entire ti

"I call forth the weapons of the warriors past, heed the humble call of my rembrance"

Kun Chao finished his chant as nurous weapons of different types ranging from a chain to a rake flew out of the nine pits of fla around him, but the strange thing was that, these weapons were radiating Intent level Daos of their respective weapon class, as they bolted through the air towards Bai Gui

"I was wondering when you were finally going to get serious"

Bai Gui said with a mocking smile when he saw 200 weapons erupt from the pit, but before that smile could extend to its limits, his lips twitched intensely because of what he was seeing

Just as the first 200 weapons flew out, they were instantly accompanied by another 200 that lined up neatly behind their predecessors

Then after that, another 200 weapons ca out, then another 200, and just ten breaths later, about 20,000 weapons were floating within the air, radiating their respective intents causing the atmosphere to vibrate intensely because of the multiple amount of intents that were gathered together in one place...

Even most of the outer court disciples were finding it very hard to breathe and most couldn't even stir up their Daos, as almost all of the Dao Intents in the atmosphere had already turned chaotic by the high density of Special Daos...

Min Hong on the other hand was seeing his Chaos Dao very much boosted at this point as he began to sense everything that was happening with all the Daos in the atmosphere, as he began to gain enlightennt about a brand new Dao entirely

"I admit defeat!"

"!"

"!"

"!"

The entire arena went so silent that even mortals could hear the ants that were carrying breadcrumbs on the ground march into their hive

Everyone was stunned speechless, and no one could comprehend what was going on except for the experts who simply smiled and shook their heads helplessly at Bai Gui

If Kun Chao had stopped at a thousand or maybe 2,000 weapons, then Bai Gui perhaps would have been able to fight back with the little amount of Qi he had left in his reserves

But with 20,000 weapons, there was no way he could have co out undefeated, even if the sa scenario was replayed a million tis over

"Clever fellow! I would really like to take this kid back with "

Sect Leader i voiced out once more as the two disciples behind her began to look at Kun Chao in new light

Not only was he handso, he was also able to challenge the 'War God Trial' and force his final opponent to admit defeat with his overwhelming strength, or so they thought

Whilst the girls had such a view about the situation, the rchant Alliance Head had a pleased and cunning smile etched on his face as he thought;

"This kid had also run out of Qi, but he was able to force his opponent to admit defeat just by using his last shred of Qi reserves to conjure a massive and overwhelming attack"

"If his opponent had called his bluff, he might not even have enough Qi left to go on with the move"

"Sotis being wise can be more beneficial in battle than being strong"

"What a cunning lad I must definitely get my hands on him"

"He would make a fantastic and understanding personal guard He hehe"

"Kun Chao triumphs!"

Just as the rchant Alliance Head ended his train of thought, the elder presiding over the 'War God Trials' announced Kun Chao the winner as the sa thing happened on the female stage where Kun Lin had just been announced a winner also, but she was in a lot worse shape than her brother

Her final opponent was much stronger than her in terms of cultivation, whilst being a little weaker than her in terms of Dao, but Kun Lin was way smarter than her in terms of battle tactics and fighting pattern which was evident from the first mont the duel started

But because Kun Lin had fought eight different opponents successively on her way to this final battle without having a single minute of rest, she started the duel a little laggy and lethargic, but in the end, she was better in many fronts than her opponent whilst her opponent was only better than her in terms of Qi reserves

The mont this announcent was made, the entire crowd burst into a massive pandemonium, majority of them in woes whilst very little of them had a reason to be happy, and outer court disciple; Chen Jiu who had just won almost 16,000 rit points from placing 80 percent of his 1,000 rit points on Kun Chao to win was the happiest of everyone around at this point

Whilst those who had place all of their rit points on Kun Chao losing were raining several curses and glares on Bai Gui, so calling him a cowards for not even standing up to Kun Chao's last attack, but majority of them knew within themselves that if their positions were reversed, they would have done the sa

But the most heartbroken outer court disciple was Shen Yang who hated Min Hong and his crew to his life-blood

He had borrowed 40 percent of Shen Wang's total rit points and 60 percent of Shen Tang's rit points with all of his rit points which amounted to about 35,000 rit points and then placing it on Bai Gui, and thought he was only going to make about 45 rit points, he just relished in the pride it brought him when he was placing such an insulting bet in the presence of over ten thousand people

But now, not only did all these people make fun of him to relieve themselves from their loss, he had also lost 35,000 rit points, and even though his father might be an Elder of the Inner Court, losing that much rit points is sothing he would frown over with utmost displeasure
