"What’s happening..."

The Plague Masters within their respective Source Epidemic Areas were preparing for a final stand. They believed the end was near, yet everything suddenly dissipated, and the ultimate threat looming over the Sick Focus completely vanished.

The Plague Masters and mbers of various organizations, all Patients who had reached Open Source and above, gathered near the massive pit.

By the ti they arrived at the scene,

all that remained was a New Moon, engraved with a Blood-colored Cross and housing a hospital, rising once more;

nothing existed between the pits anymore.

No one, including the Plague Masters, could recall who had caused such massive damage to the Sick Focus;

they only knew the opponent’s power was enough to bring the entire Cosmic Domain to a Great Annihilation.

All this might be related to the deceased William.

However, there was still an important matter that needed addressing. The battle had severely devastated the Sick Focus, leaving it riddled with wounds.

At least a hundred Illusionary rainbow beams had pierced through, with pus continuously seeping from the gaps in the earth, harming the World’s Origin itself.

The entire Sick Focus was on the verge of collapse,

and imdiate action was necessary to start the repairs. Unfortunately, the Duke had exhausted his wealth, leaving only the trade caravan to provide basic assistance.

The assembly on-site imdiately held a conference on [World Repair] to ensure the most efficient restoration work, striving to involve all Patients.

At the sa ti,

the Circus had just returned. The World’s injuries were so grave that it shook even the boss;

if any Plague Master or even he had faced it, they would have perished.

There was no ti to ponder William’s death or the sudden halt of the end;

the Circus fully joined the plan.

However,

the expressions of the Plague Masters and various organizations participating in the eting grew more solemn by the mont.

Most were native Patients, with strong ties to the Sick Focus, acutely aware of the severity of the current wounds.

Not to ntion that building the [stage] for William had consud nearly 80% of their precious resources, coupled with the Duke’s drained funds, making any trade with Fate impossible.

After a brief estimate, the chances of repairing the Sick Focus seed less than ten percent.

Yet, despite it all, they were willing to give it everything.

[City of Evil]

Ruben’s concept had been erased from all malicious mories, but as a tightly connected whole, they clearly sensed sothing;

they could feel the passing of a certain presence might halt the [Great Annihilation].

Currently, only three disasters capable of mutual perception remained alive.

And the mindset of these three remaining disasters had long since changed,

[Hotel Lobby]

Lene Histera stepped out of the elevator, determined to investigate the Sick Focus for her lost ’child.’

Just as the elevator opened, Lene’s gaze locked onto a peculiar visitor at the counter. His nearly skin-and-bone physique seed the result of years of inactivity, causing muscle atrophy.

However, this person’s [Eye] and the area around the eye sockets had been replaced with a vintage copper prosthetic eye, secured with rather coarse screws driven deep into his skull.

His entire right arm had been replaced with a prosthetic, with nurous brass cables protruding from where the shoulder and arm connected, revealing internally rotating gears and piston structures through chanical gaps.

The back was symtrically fitted with ten pairs of chanical pistons moving up and down, assisting in energy storage and effectively managing malice distribution.

"Gap?"

"Miss Lene."

Gap was no longer the shy and self-conscious person he once was, even having learned "gentlemanly manners" from his forr teacher, bowing politely to Lene.

William had passed,

dissolving the student-teacher relationship,

but Gap retained deep respect for William. He hadn’t participated in the Great Annihilation, instead focusing on tasks assigned by his teacher within [Gap].

He ca here to et the Manager for sothing his teacher had emphasized.

Even with the "Education" inscribed in his brain fading away, and despite the high difficulty, Gap was determined.

After politely greeting Lene, Gap turned back to the Manager, seriously discussing the relevant matters.

As Lene was about to leave, the Manager suddenly rembered sothing.

"Miss Lene, please wait... We’ll also head to the Sick Focus shortly;

you can co with us through my hotel, it might be faster."

"Oh~ okay."

Lene’s mind was entirely occupied with thoughts of her ’child,’ not questioning what the Manager planned to do at the Sick Focus.

Sitting in the lobby to rest, Gap and the Manager approached and even laid out a blueprint bearing William’s na on the table.

This wasn’t the blueprint for the stage, nor the Sick Focus, but the ’overall’ blueprint.

When Lene glanced at it instinctively, she was instantly stunned by the future scene depicted.

"This is!"

"This is the only solution William proposed to save the Sick Focus... however, there’s a crucial task requiring Miss Lene’s help."

The Manager handed over a plan with Lene’s na written on it.

The plan’s requirents were quite demanding, requiring Lene to go to the Divine Domain to negotiate with the remaining deities, touching directly on their core interests. .

The Manager explained, "Gap and I must fully cooperate with this plan;

the negotiation with the gods is up to you, Miss Lene."

"? How do I negotiate..."

"We’re not sure why William arranged it this way, but he left a ssage for you in the plan docunt, have a look yourself."

Lene looked at the Manager’s indicated spot and saw a peculiar ssage from William.

Lene, the negotiation with the gods is entrusted to you. Just go confidently, as no one dares do anything to you, nor will anyone dare refuse your negotiation proposal.

Lene maintained absolute trust in William and connected it with her missing ’child,’ possibly finding clues in the Divine Domain.

"Understood, I’ll head over now."

"You can reach the Divine Domain straight from the hotel’s main entrance, where many deities should be waiting;

just negotiate with them directly."

"Oh."

As Lene departed,

Gap and the Manager exchanged a look, jointly stepping into a unique gap while all the hotel branches across various planes closed and vanished.

Just as William had scripted in the plan text.

Lene’s unprecedented swift negotiation with the gods,

or rather, as the supre deities spoke with Lene at close range, their eyes subconsciously glanced behind her.

There seed to be sothing there they felt powerless against, deeply fearful of its presence.

Moreover,

[Golden Lung Venerable] gained significant influence in the Divine Domain due to actions during the Great Annihilation. Now that the greatest danger was cleared, the Great Annihilation might even end, which was the best result.

Besides, Lene’s proposal also aligned well with the current situation,

making it likely the optimal solution;

otherwise, similar groups like [Evil] may erge to trigger another [Great Annihilation] in the future.

As deities signed the agreent, sacrificing a fundantal sovereignty.

William’s pre-orchestrated plan was officially launched...
