As dawn began to break, Li Mochan followed Chu Chen to Ye Jiuliang’s room.
Upon pushing the door open, the orange light of the bedroom was still on.
The windows were tightly shut, the thick sll of alcohol lingered.
The TV screen hanging on the wall displayed a ga interface.
The table was littered with empty bottles, and two figures laid on the white carpet, their sleeping postures quite terrible.
Li Mochan and Chu Chen paused, a tacit, helpless smile spreading across their faces.

"Ajiu, drink, keep drinking," the person in his arms muttered in her sleep.

Hearing the na she mumbled, Chu Chen’s handso face darkened.
He looked up at Li Mochan, his voice lowered to a whisper, "Keep your Demon King in check."
Having said that, he turned and strode away.
After closing the door, Li Mochan turned back and crouched down, drawing close to his drunken wolf pup.
The little rascal hadn’t skimped on drinking.
Truly, he couldn’t be away from her for a mont.
Li Mochan’s lips curved slightly, his hand reaching out to lift her up.
Under the light, the skin on his muscular arms was scraped and bruised.
Slling the familiar scent, Ye Jiuliang buried herself into his chest, murmuring incoherently.
Li Mochan chuckled, "Who allowed you to drink so much, hmm?"
