Contrary to Ji Mingqian, who woke up early, mainly because he was kicked awake by Jiang Yisheng.
After changing his clothes, Ji Mingqian walked over to the bedside, looked down at the person wrapped in a blanket and deep in sleep, his gaze slightly helpless.
He crouched down, carefully looking over the man’s sleeping face.
His skin was translucent like jade, eyelashes thick and dense, probably enough to make a bunch of won jealous.
His gaze drifted down to those lips, pale as water, and Ji Mingqian couldn’t help but recall the last ti he saw him dressed as a woman. If this guy put on a wig, he could pass for a woman and probably no one would doubt it.
The phone in his pocket suddenly buzzed, vibrating. Ji Mingqian reached for his phone and got up to walk to the outer room.
"Mhm, I know, you guys go ahead, we’ll co over and find you in a bit."
"Scram, no need, the girls chasing after this young master could circle the race track."
The deliberately lowered voice ca through the screen, rustling softly, disturbing the person asleep on the bed.
Jiang Yisheng rubbed his eyes and slowly sat up, still groggy with sleep.
Having slept too long, his head felt a bit heavy and muddled.
Jiang Yisheng looked around as a low, deep voice ca from the outer room again.
"Got it, we’ll bring the alcohol later."
After ending the call, Ji Mingqian walked back around the screen, his gaze eting the man’s pale green eyes, and he paused slightly.
"Awake?"
Jiang Yisheng nodded blankly, staring at him for a few seconds before voicing the doubt in his heart, "Where did you sleep last night?"
Ji Mingqian chuckled, "On the bed, where else?"
Must be confused from sleep.
After he got hit so many tis last night, now he’s asking this question—doesn’t his conscience hurt?
Jiang Yisheng’s brain montarily crashed, "You, slept on the bed?"
If he slept on the bed last night, doesn’t that an they shared the sa bed?
"Yeah, there’s only one bed, where else would I sleep?" Ji Mingqian approached, squinting his eyes at him, "Jiang Yisheng, you really do have a terrible way of sleeping."
Jiang Yisheng muttered a vague acknowledgnt, his mind completely blank, not really listening to what he was saying.
The dismissive tone irked Ji Mingqian, who reached out and pinched his pale cheek, unable to resist.
He complained without reservation, "Jiang Yisheng, how many tis did you hit last night, and you even stole the blanket from ."
"Ouch," Jiang Yisheng winced, pulling away his hand, as the pinched spot imdiately turned red.
"Hurry up and wash up, we’re going out," said Ji Mingqian, withdrawing his hand, and internally comnting, this guy’s skin was quite smooth.
Jiang Yisheng asked absentmindedly, "Where to?"
"Breakfast, then we’re going shopping," Ji Mingqian replied.
"Hurry up, we’re leaving in fifteen minutes."
Having said that, he turned and walked away.
Jiang Yisheng ca to his senses, gazing down at the spot beside him, his lips slightly pursed.
The sky was clear, but the slight cold breeze still carried a bone-chilling cold, as if touched by frost.
"Okay, let’s go," ca the warm voice from across.
Ji Mingqian raised his head to see a "Big White."
He twitched the corner of his mouth, "Do you have to wear so much?"
Sweater, coat, scarf—he was wearing so many layers inside and out.
It’s not like they were going on a trip to Antarctica.
"Can’t I just be cold?" Having clearly seen the disdain in his eyes, Jiang Yisheng retorted.
"Aren’t you just afraid I’ll catch a cold and infect you?"
Ji Mingqian was at a loss for words.
Forget it, as long as the clothes are on him and he’s happy, that’s what matters.
"Let’s go," said Ji Mingqian, playing with the car keys and putting on sunglasses.
Jiang Yisheng followed behind, closing the door, and upon seeing the car keys in his hand, casually asked, "Where did you get car keys?"
