Putting down the ointnt, Jiang Yisheng raised his eyes to the closed door, his face warming slightly.
So mature but still so childish, playing pranks late at night, he really was asking for a spanking.
After blow-drying his hair, Jiang Yisheng lay on the bed and read his book.
Suddenly, soone knocked on the door.
Apart from him, only Ji Mingqian was left in Mo Garden.
He didn’t need to guess to know who was knocking.
Jiang Yisheng ignored it, his gaze still fixed on the book.
"Knock knock knock..."
The knocking continued incessantly, making it impossible for Jiang Yisheng to read.
Asshole.
Jiang Yisheng threw off the covers, slipped into his slippers, and stord off to open the door.
"Ji Mingqian, are you bored out of your mind?"
Ji Mingqian lifted the bags in his hands, a faint aroma wafting from them.
He grinned, revealing a row of bright white teeth, "Midnight snack, want to join ?"
Jiang Yisheng was too lazy to even lift his eyelids, and promptly refused, "No, thanks."
As he spoke, he went to close the door.
The man’s long legs got there first, blocking the door and squeezing half of his body in, not allowing it to close.
Ji Mingqian chuckled, "I really know I was wrong, it won’t happen again, can you forgive just this once?"
Jiang Yisheng, "No."
He pushed against the door to close it, but Ji Mingqian cried out in a loud voice, "Hey, hey, hey, you’re squishing my foot."
"..."
Jiang Yisheng saw the door was still a distance from his foot and couldn’t help a twitch of his lips.
No wonder he’s an actor; soone who didn’t know any better would think his foot was really trapped.
Without a word from him, Ji Mingqian took it as consent to go ahead and join him for the midnight snack.
He squeezed in, carrying the late-night food into the bedroom.
Jiang Yisheng watched the man make himself at ho and fought the urge to swear at him.
Whose room was this, anyway?
Jiang Yisheng followed him and emphasized again, "I don’t eat midnight snacks, get out."
Ji Mingqian had already sat down on the carpet and pulled him down to join him, "It’d be such a waste not to eat all this food, wasting food is wrong, you know."
While speaking, he grabbed a pair of chopsticks and thrust them into his hand.
"Would you like a beer?"
Ji Mingqian took out a few cans of beer from the bag and asked offhandedly.
After speaking, he rembered that Jiang Yisheng couldn’t hold his liquor and quickly put the beers back in front of himself.

Ji Mingqian looked at him skeptically, "Really can handle it?"
"Or maybe let’s not, I’ll get you so juice instead?"
Jiang Yisheng slamd the beer can down on the table with a "pop," instantly cooling down his previously ward expression, "So stingy over one can of beer, forget it, take your stuff and leave, eat to your heart’s content by yourself."
Rembering that he was in the wrong first, Ji Mingqian didn’t argue and took a beer can to open it for him, "Okay, I won’t stop you, but drink lightly."
At that, Jiang Yisheng finally looked satisfied. He didn’t rush to drink the beer but picked up the chopsticks to start eating.
When he saw Ji Mingqian opening a box of crawfish, his eyes lit up, and he imdiately reached for it.
