Chapter 1431: Chapter 1435: The Mysterious Elder

The opponent’s thods were formidable; he sensed a rich presence of Heaven and Earth Qi from that staple, clearly a master!

After waiting for a long ti, Lin Fei realized that no one appeared. He poked his head out and looked towards the window when suddenly, a crisis descended again. Another staple pierced through the glass, shooting towards Lin Fei’s face.

Lin Fei quickly dodged. Luckily, he noticed the staple from afar and evaded the vicious attack.

"There!"

Tracing the direct path of the staple, Lin Fei locked onto the opponent. He looked towards the building across and sure enough, saw a pair of cold eyes peering through the curtain’s gap, looking at Lin Fei.

Lin Fei could also see half of the person’s face.

"It’s him!"

Upon seeing the face, Lin Fei confird who he was!

Yet Lin Fei did not expect this fellow to find him first, and seemingly intent on killing him! He seed to have no grievance with this old man!

"Could it be because of those two fat n?"

At this mont, Lin Fei couldn’t help but recall the ti when he was at that fat man’s place, surnad Ma. This old man was just an ordinary sweeper who did not attract Lin Fei’s attention. Until later, after the fat man surnad Ma was caught, this old man and Lin Fei had a brief encounter. Following that, he knocked out two policen and fled the station.

Lin Fei was very concerned about this incident. Later, Lin Fei considered finding this old man, never expecting the old man to co knocking and even threaten his life!

So wretched!

The hunched figure appeared on the windowsill, no longer avoiding Lin Fei, but openly looked at him, pointing to the rooftop, clearly indicating that he wanted a duel with Lin Fei up there.

Lin Fei nodded, sneered, and headed downstairs, locking the door before ascending to the rooftop indicated by the old man.

"I have no grievance with you, right?" Lin Fei looked at the old man across.

The old man smiled at him. With the wind blowing on the rooftop, their clothes fluttered. He suddenly said, "Soone wants

to kill you, and you just happen to be my enemy!" His voice was hoarse, much like a duck’s.

"I’m your enemy? What do you an by that?" Lin Fei was even more puzzled.

"Have you forgotten about the cave incident? Young man, having such a poor mory at such a young age isn’t good!" the old man replied.

Lin Fei chuckled, "I rember the cave, but I don’t recall having any grievances with you. I hope you don’t create trouble out of nowhere, as I have no ti for your gas."

"Little boy, I was living well in the cave, wishing to enjoy my last years. But you disturbed my life, so aren’t you my enemy instead of my benefactor?" said the old man.

Lin Fei was speechless, chuckled, and said, "Old man, are you joking with ? You’re also an Ancient Martial Artist, ignoring those in hardship is one thing, but blaming ? Isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black?"

"That fat man treated

well, so I turned a blind eye, and the workers were greedy, deserving their fate," the old man replied.

"In that case, doesn’t your death an you deserve it?" Lin Fei’s expression turned cold. He didn’t expect the old man’s mindset to be so outdated, leaving him unwilling to continue conversing.

After all, this old man is of considerable age, seemingly just an old guy, yet with such a ntality, perhaps death is what he deserves!

"Boy, boastful words, I’m afraid you lack the skill! Watch

take you down!" As the old man finished speaking, he reached out towards Lin Fei.

Whoosh!

A staple quickly flew through the air, in an instant reaching Lin Fei with an imnsely fierce and vicious attack!

Lin Fei frowned, before directly using that power, deploying Continuous Demon Technique, enveloping himself in black flas. His speed increased several tis.

Swish!

Lin Fei transford into a shadow, dodging the attack while charging towards the old man.

The old man frowned, flicked out twenty to thirty staples, but Lin Fei dodged all of them. Lin Fei sneered, "Old man, your skills are decent, but using staples as weapons? Really disappointing!"

Hearing Lin Fei’s mockery, the old man snorted and grabbed sothing from behind him, throwing several silver flashes towards Lin Fei.

Lin Fei’s expression hardened, as this attack was faster. He quickly leaped, and the silver flashes pierced the concrete under his feet, although one piece remained unpierced, revealing half a blade.

"So it’s blades? Old man, is that all you can muster?" Deep down, Lin Fei was shocked, as the opponent’s cultivation was clearly much higher, making each attack lethal, forcing Lin Fei to be on guard. He contemplated whether to use the power Qingfeng left him.

Ultimately, Lin Fei decided to employ it again.

"Boy, given your prowess, take this!" The old man seed provoked by Lin Fei, pulling out a handful of blades, tossing them at Lin Fei!

Danger!

Lin Fei imdiately sensed extre danger, with silver flashes before him. The sun overhead reflected off the blades, blinding him to his surroundings.

At this mont, Lin Fei realized a delay would an death!

Instantly, a trendous force erupted on the rooftop, like a brilliantly blooming flower, fiercely warding off the blades. Lin Fei threw a punch.

Though far from the old man, the old man felt an unmatched force collide with him, sending him flying away.

"Ah!" the old man spat blood as he fell towards the ground from the eighteenth floor.

Lin Fei quickly withdrew his strength, rushed to the building’s edge, watching the old man’s fall, knowing it couldn’t be that easy to deal with him. Sure enough, just as the old man was about to hit the ground, a burst of Heaven and Earth Qi erged, buoying his body.

Boom!

The old man landed on the ground, but amidst the astonished crowd, stood up, dusted himself off, coldly smirked at Lin Fei, then vanished among the people.

Lin Fei furrowed his brow. Such a master having set sights on him ant he must remain vigilant and cautious at all tis!
