Chapter 1410: Chapter 1414: Heart as Venomous as a Snake (Part 2)

Gradually, the giant black snake seed to squeeze its body to the limit, discovering that Lin Fei and his companion were still unhard, and wanted to retreat. However, at this mont, a shadow flew toward Lin Fei’s eyes. Lin Fei, with both hands pinching the black snake, didn’t anticipate anything else crashing toward his eyes.

Taken by surprise, he was hit by that black figure directly in the eyes, and Lin Fei scread in pain, involuntarily releasing his grip.

At this mont, the giant black snake suddenly moved, charging at Lin Fei. However, just then, an unexpected change occurred. The moon in the sky shone down, and a cold glint flashed around Lin Fei, instantly charging at the massive black snake and piercing through it. The black snake felt no pain in its death because it happened too fast; the cold light pierced directly through its head.

Lin Fei felt tears streaming from his eyes, having to squint as he looked around. When he saw the Moon Blade, he was delighted, but upon seeing Little Black, he was completely enraged. He grabbed the small black snake and said, "I didn’t expect you, a venomous snake, to be so vicious, even teaming up for revenge. If I don’t kill you today, you’ll harm more people in the future!"

With that, Lin Fei grabbed the head of Little Black and the tail with another hand, tearing fiercely. Little Black was instantly torn in half, screaming as it writhed violently. Lin Fei gave it no chance, tearing it into pieces again. Finally, he crushed its head, wiping the blood off his hands, and saw that the giant black snake was dead.

The giant black snake, wrapped too tightly, dangled on the two of them, head down, dripping blood. A group of smaller snakes below scattered in fright as Lin Fei descended from above, no longer daring to attack him.

This reminded Lin Fei of a saying, that kind people are easily bullied, and gentle horses easily ridden. Now that Lin Fei had killed Little Black and the giant black snake, the snakes lost their courage to resist and scattered away.

Lin Fei snorted coldly, landing on the ground and tossing the giant snake to the ground, its three-ter-long body raising a cloud of dust.

"Let’s eat so snake at today!" Lin Fei said coldly.

The Moon Blade had already disappeared again, apparently becoming invisible.

At this point, the Immortal from Huangshan approached the giant snake’s head and remarked, "This snake has lived for at least four or five hundred years."

"Oh? It lived that long?" Lin Fei exclaid in surprise, then sneered, saying, "Living so long for nothing, daring to attack us, it deserves to be killed!"

"That’s because you were too soft-hearted. If you had killed Little Black earlier, they wouldn’t have retaliated like this," said the Immortal from Huangshan.

Sotis, you can’t leave other creatures alive. Even if they strike first and you spare them, the sa logic applies to so beasts and even to people.

"By the way, it looks like we won’t catch that guy today, so let’s eat so of its snake at!" Lin Fei said, his eye still feeling uncomfortable.

"This is no ordinary snake anymore; it’s on the verge of becoming a flood dragon. Look at its forehead, that white mark is where it’s about to grow horns. Once it sprouts horns, it will be able to fly," said the Immortal from Huangshan.

"No way, will it turn into a dragon?"

Lin Fei stepped forward, touching the snake’s forehead, indeed finding a protrusion as if a horn was about to erge.

"Anything is possible. Let

see how many years this snake has cultivated." After speaking, the Immortal from Huangshan tapped the forehead of the black snake, and its head disappeared instantly, leaving only the headless body and a section of tender white horn, cone-shaped with five segnts.

"Five hundred years! This guy, five hundred years to grow a horn, a thousand to beco a dragon, it’s no joke. It’s a waste if we don’t eat this kind of at. How should we eat it?" the Immortal from Huangshan asked Lin Fei.

Lin Fei, speechless, said, "I can only roast it. We might have to roast it here since we don’t have the ans to fry, steam, boil, or stew it!"

"Indeed, we’ll roast it then. Fortunately, I have so seasonings with ," the Immortal from Huangshan said, taking out a couple of bottles from his pouch and placing them before Lin Fei.

"Wow! An expert, bringing seasonings, you’re quite the foodie, Immortal from Huangshan!" Lin Fei remarked.

"Heh heh, not too bad. Whenever I’m free, I catch a couple of mountain eagles or wild rabbits to roast," the Immortal from Huangshan replied.

Lin Fei chuckled but imdiately got to work, skinning the snake. The black snake skin was taken by the Immortal from Huangshan to make a cushion. Lin Fei divided the rest into six pieces for roasting, so as not to waste any fire resources.

As the flas rose, a rustling sound erged from the surroundings. Green eyes watched Lin Fei intently, staring at his gold coin eye, where Little Black had struck. It still stung with fiery pain.

Since the small black snakes around made no moves, Lin Fei ignored them and continued roasting the snake at. Soon, a fragrance wafted through the air, mouth-watering upon contact.

"Alright, let’s each have a piece and continue roasting," said Lin Fei. After handing a piece of snake at to the Immortal from Huangshan, he began to eat, finding it surprisingly delicious. Could snake at taste this good?

"Why does it taste so good! Do you know why, Immortal from Huangshan?" Lin Fei asked.

"If you were to cultivate for four or five hundred years, your at would taste good too, wouldn’t it?" the Immortal from Huangshan answered.

At this point, Lin Fei thought of soone—Master from the Dou Sect. He quickly shook his head, dismissing such absurd thoughts.

The Immortal from Huangshan laughed suddenly, saying, "Heh heh, are you thinking of sothing you shouldn’t? I bet you’re thinking about Master from the Dou Sect, wanting to taste her at after all these years!"

"Nonsense, I couldn’t possibly want to eat her at. Stop speaking nonsense, Immortal from Huangshan," Lin Fei denied.
