Lin Fei nodded and said, "Okay, when do you want to go?"
"Dad agreed?" Lin An asked.
"Of course, I agreed. When do you want to go?" Lin Fei asked.
"Can we go tomorrow if there’s no school?" Lin An showed a pitiful look and asked.
Lin Fei thought for a mont, nodded, and said, "Alright, but just this once, and you must study hard afterwards, okay?"
"Got it! Thank you, Dad!"
Seeing the little Lin An so happy, Lin Fei felt very pleased too.
That evening, Mu Shanshan ca back. As she entered, she asked, "Lin Fei, why didn’t you take them to school today? The teacher called

Lin Fei chuckled and said, "The kids are exhausted from studying, so they are skipping school these two days. Tomorrow, I’ll take them to the amusent park."

The next day, Lin Fei kept his promise, taking the two to the amusent park. After an entire day of fun, they returned ho, but upon arriving, Mu Shanshan and the others were already waiting for Lin Fei. It seed sothing important had happened, as normally the three of them wouldn’t be ho so early after work.
"What’s up with you three? Did sothing happen?" Lin Fei asked.
Xia Xue nodded with a grievance-stricken expression, tears welling up in her eyes and ready to fall at any mont.
"What’s going on, Shanshan? Tell ." Lin Fei turned to Mu Shanshan, who was much more adept at handling situations than the other two.
"Lin Fei, the Xia Family is in trouble!" Mu Shanshan stated bluntly.
At this point, both Xia Xue and Xue i were looking at Lin Fei. Lin Fei sat down and told the two children, "You two go upstairs to play; your mom and I need to talk."
"Brother, co on, let’s go upstairs to play." Keke said, leading Lin An upstairs.
"What’s going on?" Lin Fei asked imdiately after the children left.
"Here’s the story: Lin Fei, do you rember the Xia Family holding twenty percent of our shares?" Mu Shanshan asked.
Lin Fei nodded, "I rember. Why?" In the beginning, he intended to give Xia Jiahe thirty percent of the shares, but greedily, Xia Jiahe wanted half. When negotiations broke down, the ten Great Generals joined New City, giving Lin Fei the confidence to set the Xia Family’s shares at only twenty percent.
"Because of this twenty percent of shares, the Xia Family is now in trouble, targeted by both the Murong and Pang Families. The Xia Family now has only one choice: to hand over the twenty percent of shares." Mu Shanshan explained.
"What does that have to do with us? Or should I say, what does that have to do with ?" Lin Fei asked.
The three won fell silent. After sending the children to school, Lin Fei arrived at the Xia Family Group’s location. He knocked on the door and was greeted by a familiar old man, Xia Bingzhong, who no longer carried his previous arrogance but instead showed humility, nodding and bowing to Lin Fei akin to an old dog.
In the past, Lin Fei might have cared about Xia Bingzhong’s attitude toward him, but now he ignored it altogether, as the two were no longer on the sa level. If Xia Bingzhong had treated Lin Fei better from the start, perhaps the outco would have been different. Lin Fei isn’t soone who doesn’t repay kindness, rather he reciprocates manifold. That’s the kind of person he is.
The door opened, revealing a familiar setting. However, where Xia Jiahe once stood spirited, now stood a man whose clothes and deanor were disheveled. Seeing Lin Fei arrive, he imdiately stood up, rushing over to greet him, a stark contrast to his previous attitude.
"Lin Fei, you’ve finally co! I’ve been waiting for you so long!" Xia Jiahe hastily said, guiding Lin Fei to a seat, personally serving him tea and water, leaving Lin Fei sowhat embarrassed.
