Chapter 1274: Chapter 1277: Wedding Ceremony
Shen Xuan heard these words and her body suddenly trembled. Lin Fei quickly supported her, clearly seeing that Shen Xuan was quite affected.

Lin Fei stepped forward as the driver, but with limited seating inside the car, Lars and Shen Xuan had to sit down, not worrying about others.
Lars got inside the car, feeling the interior, and said, “Oh my gosh, this car must be very expensive, at least hundreds of thousands, it feels different.”
Lin Fei smiled without saying a word. Shen Xuan, being perceptive, could tell that this Rolls-Royce was not ordinary; it must be a customized edition, costing at least seven to eight million. Such a car in the village is simply out of place.

where your house is, I’ll follow your directions, okay?” Lin Fei asked.
“Alright! Go straight, turn, then right, then go ahead, turn right, and you’re there!” Lars instructed.
The car stopped at Lars’ house, which was evidently much more upscale than the surrounding houses; it was even a two-story building.
“Hehe, get out, get out, my boy must be anxious by now.” Lars said while inviting Lin Fei, “Brother, co along inside.”
Lin Fei chuckled, “Okay, I’ll park the car first.” After parking the car, looking at Shen Xuan’s pleading gaze, Lin Fei understood that the fla of hope had ignited in her heart, and she saw him as the only hope. Since that was the case, Lin Fei felt the ti was ripe.
However, Lin Fei was curious about the groom’s appearance, wondering if he was as handso as himself. Judging by Lars, he assud the groom couldn’t be too bad.
The bride had arrived, and the villagers caused such a commotion that it was hard to move through. Nonetheless, Lin Fei broke through the crowd, entering the room, and was utterly shocked upon seeing the mound of flesh inside!
Is this really a person? Isn’t this a pig?
Lin Fei was baffled by the enormous obese man, though not tall, had a body shape almost like a ball! What puzzled Lin Fei was, how could Shen Xuan be interested in this guy? It seed she resigned to fate; this type of man wouldn’t find anyone even if thrown away.
“Now let’s start the ceremony. Son, get up quickly and stand to begin the ceremony, you can’t do it sitting!” Lars said.
“Father, I… I can’t stand up.” The mound of flesh spoke, having grown so fat that he couldn’t manage to control himself; getting him to stand up was excessively difficult.
Just when Lars intended to call for help, Lin Fei suddenly appeared, blocking Lars. Lars promptly said, “Young man, co help out, pull him up for the ceremony.”
Lin Fei smiled and said, “Chief, I have a solution for this.”
“What solution? Tell ,” Lars asked.
“I’ll replace your son and go through the ceremony with Shen Xuan, which should solve the problem!” Lin Fei proposed.
He anticipated Lars might disagree but was surprised when Lars glanced at his son and said, “Okay! You replace my son for the ceremony, co on, let’s get started!”
Lars had no choice; with his son in such a state, the traditional ceremony was impossible, so Lin Fei took his place. After all, it was rely a formality. Having soone to marry his son, soone to take care of him after Lars passed would suffice; he didn’t overthink it.
Shen Xuan looked at Lin Fei with the groom’s hat, unable to help but smile, realizing she was marrying Lin Fei, performing the ceremony, which felt like a dream.
But Shen Xuan understood this was no dream; it was happening. She was actually marrying Lin Fei.
“First bow to heaven and earth!”
The two bowed towards the outside; Lin Fei thought it was quite amusing, considering contemporary weddings lacked such traditions and therefore missed out on the fun.
“Second bow to parents!”
Lin Fei and Shen Xuan bowed inside towards the room.
“Husband and wife bow!”
The two faced each other and burst into laughter, yet continued to respectfully complete the final bow.
“Escort to the bridal chamber!”
At this point, the bride and groom were to enter the bridal chamber. However, Lars wasn’t planning for any bridal chamber antics; he instructed, “Escort my son to the bridal chamber, anwhile everyone should just continue eating and drinking, no more chaos!”
When Lars turned around, he noticed Lin Fei walking alongside the bride, while his son struggled under others’ assistance, barely able to move, seemingly about to be left behind. Lars hurried forward, asking, “Hey, hey! Young man, what are you doing? Where are you going?”
“Where to? Escorting to the bridal chamber, escorting to the bridal chamber, naturally going to the bridal chamber!” Lin Fei responded.
“Brother, you’re ssing
up! I asked you to perform the ceremony, not actually get married. Entering the bridal chamber should be my son’s role, not yours. Brother, don’t cause chaos, go drink and eat!” Lars said, grabbing Lin Fei’s wrist and attempting to pull him away.
Lin Fei chuckled, standing still, as Lars couldn’t move him. He said, “Chief, what are you doing? Since I perford the ceremony, naturally, I should proceed to the bridal chamber, what does your son have to do with this?”
“Nonsense! Are you here to cause trouble? Obviously, you should be asking! Escorting to the bridal chamber should an my son, this is our wedding, not yours! Get lost, don’t make
angry or deal with the consequences!” Lars retorted.
He was furious, beyond understanding how Lin Fei could ss up at this mont, which might as well be a slap to his face. He couldn’t allow such a thing to occur, absolutely not!
