Chapter 1080: Chapter 1082: Deepest Feelings

Every day, Butcher led a fulfilling life. His wife made pancakes at the stall, and he helped with wrapping them, or adding eggs, or sauces, or minced garlic, and sotis even stinky tofu. When Butcher handed the food to the custors, he would always be t with their curious glances.

Once, because Butcher looked too "fierce" with scars on his face, he scared a little kid to tears. Since then, it seed like that family never ca back.

Today’s business was good; they sold over a hundred pancakes. It was already very dark, so there wouldn’t be many more buyers. Butcher helped Wang Xiaoya pack up with a blank expression, causing a pang of sadness in her heart as she watched him.

Thinking back to when Butcher and she first t, it was indeed interesting. It had been three months and she had never seen Butcher truly smile. Even when he did, it was just a forced grin, pulling at the corners of his mouth. Sotis, Wang Xiaoya really felt like she was wrong.

At that mont, a voice called out: "Boss, a pancake, please."

Wang Xiaoya imdiately poured the batter and spread it on the hot pan, her tears falling as she did. Butcher was still busy packing things when the pancake was done.

"I want to add sothing. What should it be? How about a sprinkle of friendship?" the voice said.

Butcher frowned. Hearing such a request, his first reaction was that soone was causing trouble. He looked up with an impatient expression, but was shocked to see who it was: "Little Monkey? Why are you here? Where is the boss?!"

Hearing Butcher ntion Lin Fei right away, Wang Xiaoya sighed quietly to herself.

Seeing Butcher inquire about Lin Fei’s whereabouts, Little Monkey imdiately showed a sorrowful expression and said, "Butcher Boss, I don’t know where the leader is either. He left , so I ca to find you, hoping you could go save the boss!"

"What? What happened to the boss?" Butcher showed a tense expression, imdiately grabbing Little Monkey’s shoulders, and said, "Little Monkey, quickly tell

what happened to the boss."

Little Monkey told Butcher about what happened after Butcher and the others left. Butcher sighed, sowhat understanding Lin Fei’s reluctance to kill Little Monkey. It was much like his love for Wang Xiaoya over the past three months, willing to do anything for her, yet not truly happy.

"So now I don’t know where the boss is, but I’m sure he went to save our brothers. He wouldn’t abandon anyone!" Little Monkey explained.

Butcher nodded. He understood Lin Fei well; the anger before was just a spur-of-the-mont outburst. In hindsight, Butcher regretted it imnsely, but it was too late. Looking in the direction of his boss, his mind always flickered back to Wang Xiaoya, making it hard for him to decide.

Despite not being the brightest, Butcher valued emotions greatly. Brotherhood was as significant as the sky to him. He realized this but wasn’t willing to abandon his woman, yet he made up his mind now.

"Butcher Boss, co with

to find the leader!" Little Monkey urged.

Butcher frowned, contemplating for a long ti. The boss needed him now, and he decided he would have to apologize to Wang Xiaoya later!

As he stood up and turned around, he found Wang Xiaoya standing in front of him, leaving him montarily speechless.

Wang Xiaoya opened her arms and hugged Butcher. He was a bit flustered but silently felt her embrace. Wang Xiaoya then let go, looked at Butcher earnestly, and said, "Go ahead."

Butcher’s body trembled. His eyes reddened, and he hugged Wang Xiaoya tightly, saying, "I’m sorry, Xiaoya. I’ll co back!"

Wang Xiaoya nodded, "I’ll wait for you, right here."

Now that Wang Xiaoya agreed, Butcher had made plans to find Lin Fei. He let go of Wang Xiaoya and approached the city managent and hooligans, as Butcher had beco the local big brother around there. He told them he would be away for a while and tasked them with looking after Wang Xiaoya, warning them he’d deal with them if anything happened.

The city managent mbers and hooligans were already terrified of Butcher, often ending up with injuries when he beca enraged, even lifting motorcycles to smash them, but Wang Xiaoya always intervened. Since then, they dared not provoke Butcher again.

After settling everything, with Wang Xiaoya choosing to stay, Butcher departed with Little Monkey. Wang Xiaoya displayed a look of determination after Butcher left, returning ho alone.

"Did you find Xue Zhi and Radar?" Butcher asked.

Little Monkey shook his head and replied, "No. This whole ti, I only knew you were also from Mo Country, so I followed this lead for three months before finally finding you."

Butcher gave Little Monkey a glance. Though just three months had passed, Little Monkey felt like an adult now. Clearly matured, his muscles were much more defined, indicating he exercised a lot during this period despite his stature not growing taller.

"Seems like we need to check that school in Iron Country, maybe Xue Zhi is there," Butcher suggested. The brothers knew about Xue Zhi’s failed confession and rejection, though few others did.

Even though Butcher doubted this was possible, he still wanted to check it out since he couldn’t think of anywhere else. Hopefully, the aesthetically inclined Xue Zhi would be there.

The two flew to Iron Country, arriving at a college. At the gate, they asked so students, but none were aware of Xue Zhi’s whereabouts.

Evidently, this outco was to be expected. They sat on the stairs, not knowing what to do next. Without finding Xue Zhi, finding Radar was hopeless, since Radar left stating a desire to travel the world without giving any specifics. Now that they’re regrouping, solving these problems seed endless.

At this ti, several young n from Iron Country approached them, clearly students of the school. From a distance, they were discussing, "The uncle from the library was amazing, I heard he beat up Kosley!"

"What?! Seriously? Kosley is our school’s Taekwondo champion, and he got beaten up? Could it really be true?" a student questioned skeptically.

"Why would I lie? It’s true. I heard the uncle’s skills were formidable, and he was from Mo Country. Chris was like a child in his hands, ending up bruised and thrown out of the library," the classmate continued.

"Oh? Why did he hit Chris? Was it because of that girl?"

Campus stories about the uncle had spread, saying he liked a particular girl from the school, which was why he stayed in the library.
