Originally, Lu Ran intended to take No.18 to visit the senior chanists one by one, but they had already wasted too much ti in the process of researching their own institute until Dr. Cheng Kong initiated a video call.

No.18 reaching such a high Level in such a short ti could not have been achieved without the research undertaken during this period.
With the Elental Life Creation Device being a work in progress, Director Lin En’s willingness to provide resources to allow Lu Ran to continue researching showed that he was giving No.18 an opportunity for rapid Level advancent.
In other words, it was equivalent to giving Lu Ran and No.18 an [Exclusive Research Experience].
In the chanical University of the Star-Moon Republic, it is common for a research team, consisting of a chanist ntor and several students, to work on projects funded by the school’s research grants. A single drop can take them from Level 1 to Level 90 without side effects.
③ Fla of Life, a Legendary-Level resource. A fla separated from the Divine Phoenix, an affiliate of the dragon that created the world, given out of sympathy to the creatures that suffered in the Legendary battle. It can heal injuries and bring the dead back to life.

Lu Ran had not even finished reading when Dr. Cheng Kong said, "These are relatively ’gentle’ Legendary-Level resources, and they are not the most critical for the process of creating an Artificial God. Hence, we can provide them for your research."
