On the field, Lu Ran and the Dark Crow were calm and composed.
Their opponent writhed pitifully like a pig.

Admittedly, the first barrier could be the easiest among the five, but Lu Ran’s Guardian was supposed to have legendary potential as a Third Generation.
Yet, he was defeated in such a sorry state.
It seed like they hadn’t even caused Lu Ran and his team any real trouble.

Although he didn’t expect Lu Ran to be defeated in the first barrier, that Leon was too useless.
"That’s the tricky part of 1v1 rules..."
Dr. Haidun, who had hoped to see Lu Ran embarrassed, took a deep breath and shook his head.
1v1 battles also put the Beast Trainer’s level to the test.
Because if a Beast Trainer could use many Pet Beasts, so could specialize in attack, others in support, and yet others could primarily protect the Beast Trainer... In that case, the Beast Trainer wouldn’t really have any weak points.
But in a 1v1 situation, it really tests the Beast Trainer’s ability to cultivate their Pet Beast.
Training a Pet Beast to both assault the enemy and protect the Beast Trainer is exceedingly difficult.
Clearly, the combination of Leon and his Ice Feather Crown Bird had significant flaws. During the battle, the Ice Feather Crown Bird simply couldn’t protect its Beast Trainer in ti.
And Leon, the Beast Trainer, didn’t possess much foundation to resist the curse from the Dark Crow.
Not like Lu Ran, who could arm-wrestle his opponent’s Pet Beast using his own combat power.
When comparing the two, the original generation powerhouses who were spectators at the scene could imdiately discern the gap between them.

But for Lu Ran, a re human, to achieve this... Aside from his Fla Spirit Technique, what other special Beast Training Techniques had he mastered! How could his physical body endure such an Energy Level? How could he have such a high mastery over energy manipulation?
Clearly... this strongest Fourth Generation, was definitely an existence without any weaknesses.

In Xia Country, people who were initially upset with the foul play against Lu Ran, were now surging with excitent.

Under the watch of the whole world, Leon was carried away and Lu Ran’s next opponent, the Guardian of the second barrier, erged silently from the passage.

This brownish-red haired young man felt a bit embarrassed.
Although he thought he was much stronger than that Leon, what if sothing unexpected happened and he too was turned into a pig? That would be humiliating on a global scale.
However, to everyone’s shock, once Chris stepped out, Lu Ran imdiately retracted the Twin Ravens into the Contract Card!

"Guardian: Chris."
Then, the referee, also swallowing a mouthful of water, announced that the challenge would continue.
In the next instant, Lu Ran summoned his Pet Beast again, and the Guardian on the other side, with a resolute expression, summoned his own Beast Pet!
