Chapter 67 - Art Of Seduction!

"He is my son. Why will I get worried about his arrival?" Shawn didn't even find the need to lift his eyes. Answering back in his normal tone irritated Shirley.

"You look kind of stressed. Javier has always been a rebellious child… you see it is difficult to handle soone like him." Her eyelids didn't blink while spotting and instigating Shawn a bit.

But Shawn didn't answer much briefly. All he said was, "He has my blood. Unfortunately, he lacks the patience that his mother had… which sohow Charles has."

His mother!

As she heard the na, her body turned rigid while remising the lady... her husband's first wife and the first mistress of this house too!

Shirley wasn't able to digest the na which was once again brought into their conversation. She just spoke about Javier, what was the need to even bring in his mother? Her hands were on the verge of digging into her skin.

Her face growled in angry but she can't show it. It will be used against the sweet mont she is trying to create now.

Calming her nerves, she answered back"Baby, don't you feel that you should talk to Javier about Ms. Taylor's incident again? At the end of the day, she is a hostage and we can't lose the deals… She is Lucas's bride too!" Her words finally made him lift his eyes and look at the lady who's wearing a simple nightgown, revealing her legs and half breast.

When she noticed Shawn's eyes on her body, she timidly acted to cover herself with the shrug. Showing her shyness on her face, Shirley timidly replied "What a..are you.. looking at.?"

"You need to stop worrying about my children and focus on your health. I don't want my wife to look old compared to ."

Was he insulting her for being old? How can he literally forget that he is the one eldest among them?! Shirley wishes to just make him cry for the deeds at that point.

Never did she expect him to be so ruthless with his words. Not only did he brought his first wife in the middle of their talks but when she was trying to seduce him with her body, did he indirectly ntioned her as the oldie!

It was hard to maintain her reactions over her face as her heart was burning in the pit of fire. All she had to do was to chop his neck with a thick knife while making him growl in the pain yet she was not in the sa position.

Otherwise, Who will try to look after her if he is dead? Who will even try to listen to her command and her wishes by then?

Sohow, she managed to let herself calm down her range and passed him a fake smile, through the mirror, "You know your children are also my children at the end of the day.. I do care for ti just like my daughter. I don't want them to suffer."

Shawn didn't say any word and kept his focus entirely on his file. Her words were ignored like thin air and at the sa ti, she let her blood ranging up to her heart

"SHAWN!'' She cried his na, to make him divert his attention and fix his gaze on her when she gracefully stood on her dressing table and walked near him with her loving, fake smile, which was blooming into a more and more seductive one.

As she approached him with her small steps, Shirley kept her hand on his shoulders to press her body against his figure, trying to gain the warmness and to make him feel herself through her one-layer outfit. "Honey, you see I'm so tired. You have stopped giving your love to ..."

"Dear, you are very well aware of the current scenario in the business as well. I was just too busy with them." Shawn honestly replied and finally, closed the file in his hand. Keeping them on the coffee table, he relaxed a little while removing his spectacles after such an intense study.

Moreover, Shirley didn't leave any chance to ease his tension and stress through her actions. "I'm aware of that. But you can't just ignore as well. As our children have attained the age of marriage, why not matchmake them, and arrange so girls?"

Her eyes narrowed slightly while she spouted the real intention she was looking forward to. Gradually, her hand moved from his shoulder to his hair and massaged them at a slower pace. Shawn seed to enjoy the treatnt he was currently undergoing and just replied with a 'Hmm...'

But she wasn't satisfied with his answer at all. To have more confidence, she ntioned once again, "We can look for a girl for Charles but first I suppose you should call Javier's fiance. You should at least notify her about her dear's arrival back in the state."

Her clever insects told her that there was sothing between Lucas's bride and Javier. Most probably, Charles noticed the sa chemistry between them, as she saw because he too didn't do anything to stop his brother when he was speaking against his father.

Shawn in anger, can miss it but she? No, she noted each thing since Javker's arrival back in the state. After all, the two heirs of the Johnson family need to vanish before she can obtain and get hold of everything.

Her ears were waiting to hear a signal from Shawn.

At the sa ti, her hands shifted their location from his hair to the neck. Pressing her body against his back, she can instantly feel herself in the utmost hotness. "What do you think of my idea, Shawn Darling?"

"Hmm. I will call her first thing in the morning and guide her about it. She should be the first one who gets the information related to Javier's arrival." The smile on her face widened when she heard his reply.

It was not only satisfactory but she felt her entire plan perfectly executed the ways she designed it.

Shirley turned around and sat on his thigh, with her legs on the side of the armchair. Her face was facing Shawn with her tender eyes. Biting her lower lips, Shirley slowly moved towards his face.

But instead of passing a kiss, she whispered in his ears, making her breath linger on his bare skin, "Would you like to ease your workload?"
