Chapter 170 - Her Kidnapper Is Sweet!
Taking a step back, Jennifer's eyes widened in shock, and stunningness was written all over her face.
She didn't care to hide her expressions and body language either.
"D...do you even know what are you even saying?" Jennifer asked, but in return, all he showed was courage and confidence.
"I'm speaking with all my consciousness, Jennifer. I have taken all the asures.."
"But.. the last ti I called, it was traced and we were attacked! No Javier! I will not make any call on the cost of risk."
She hasn't forgotten that they had to escape the entire pace within the few minutes the last ti.
It was highly adventurous and almost took her wits out.
Sensing the sa fear consuming her, her instincts strongly rejected the idea of carrying or making any call either.
Yet, Javier seed relaxed in contrast to her miserable state.
Bringing his hand, he held her shivering shoulders tightly, "Trust ...nothing will happen the way you think. Make a call and I'm sure that it will be smooth." Javier tried to assure her via words which seed to work but not enough to help her go ahead with work.
At the sa ti, Jennifer simply returned the mobile phone back to Javier in his hands, by saying, "Not at all! Maybe This is the best technology and I'm missing my friend but.. this is beyond.."
"Probably you are overthinking too. The reason I'm allowing you to use it is simply that I trust this phone and my people. All the calls made by this mini phone cannot be traced because of the chip installed inside it."
This made Jennifer's eyes slightly be narrowed in return.
Suspecting that he was bluffing out, she can't believe that sothing like this appears.
"Test on this. It will ne'er be traced. Go ahead and make the call."
"A..are you sure about it?" Jennifer asked to confirm once again, "Yes! I'm pretty much sure and ask your friend if she can co here. It will be better for you to have soone's company as well."
Javier's words were too distant to her ears, even though he used all the get calmness with her.
Not because they were rude but it was hard to believe him giving her permission on such matters.
"If she is comfortable in coming and her parents allow, go and ask her about her da," Javier answered and with the leftover courage, Jennifer picked up the phone in her hand.
Dialing her number, her hands were filled with sweat making her feel a shiver down her spine without any reason.
But at the sa ti, she managed to dial the number and he signaled her to go on the terrace to have so romance.
Thanking him via her smile, Jennifer nodded Her head and sliding door and closed the sa behind her.
The ring went through when she patiently waited for her friend to pick up the call. "Hello? May I know who this is?"
"H..Hannah…" she could sense her own voice being too foreign to hear
Yet the other person seed to recognize her within a few seconds, "Jenn!?! Where the hell is you!? On that day too, you hang the phone."
"I never hang it up myself. The connection was unstable so it was cut on its own, not my mistake." Jennifer replied patiently.
Deep down, she was getting emotional with each second, not understanding how her emotions could be so ssy.
"Jennifer, how are you? Is there soone nearby you? Are you safe while talking then?'' Hannah asked the question with utmost careless to which Jennifer replied, "Yeah. The person who has kidnapped .. Is a good man."
"Are you really praising your kidnapper? Soone who made you run from your wedding... Are you sure you are correct?" Hearing this, Jennifer laughed.
A chuckle escape via her lips when she thought about the sa thing, her kidnapper was seriously damn good!
Or probably, his goodness and kindness had other reasons too.
"Correct! He is seriously good.. And he is now letting call you too... Anyways, were you the one who has told Lucas about it... Our last talk?" Jennifer asked, cautiously mind.
This was sothing she was very much looking forward to knowing what step she took since it was in her mind that Hannah will not sit still, especially after knowing about her location.
"Yes. you're right. I told Lucas. Why? Was it.. wrong?"
Hannah's words made her feel that she has no idea what blunder her actions caused for them to face up.
"Yes. It was totally wrong. I don't have any intention of returning to Lucas at any cost.."
Jennifer told her friend clear enough, yet she knew that sowhere she was just concerned about her...
Recalling about the ti when their life was at risk, where they had to go through so much, forest, water and what not! It was making her heart squeeze but was pulled out from the daze when she heard Hannah's voice.
"Jennifer.. When are you coming back? Are you fine out there? I hope..they haven't hurt you either.." concern was evident in her voice and it made a giant smile covered her lips, as she replied back.
Thinking about the sa, she herself wasn't sure about this situation anymore. With so much kindness from his side, her heart was almost craving for sothing more.
"I don't know...if.. I will be coming back anyti soon. But I have sothing to ask from you.. If you will be comfortable by the sa.. I an.."
She wasn't able to comprehend how to speak but Hannah's words cald her down, "Say Jennifer... don't worry.. "
"Can you please co here? If your… work allows you for so ti... Things will be arranged by Javier if you are willing too.."

Since so asked so I'm replying here, the reason I don't give more than 2 chapters is that... I also have a life outside of this novel.(Studies and a job, a mix of both)
Trying to write as much as I can.. and I guess 2 chapters are basics.
I hope you guys will understand and with this rate as well, we will be in the top 15 trending ranking too!
