“Your young lady has legs and she can walk on her own. How can I know where she is?”
Lu Li answered indifferently and added another lie, “I heard a rumor a dozen days ago. I heard that your lady has gone to the base camp of the Asmodians and she never ca back. I think she is married to their prince now.”

Considering that Ye Luo’s enjoyed more authority than Lu Li, the warriors had no other choice but to leave.
Lu Li led Jiang Qiling to their tents, swaggering. Jiang Hu tried to search for the man encircling them the other day but he didn’t find any. The 20 warriors that fled that day still didn’t have the courage to co back to the base camp.
There was still a month before the teleportation portal back in the Demon-slaying City would open. Lu Li was idling about. He had killed more than enough alien races and there weren’t many of them left outside now. He wouldn’t get more points unless he went to the base camps.
But he was not that encouraged to think he could fight his way to the base camps. There were Inhibition Formations in the four base camps. Warriors of other races would be weakened. Lu Li didn’t want to seek his own doom.
Lu Li spent his ti with Jiang Qiling every day to make up for what he owed her. Ye Luo didn’t leave the base camp, either. He stayed around Lu Hongyu’s tent all the ti. But Lu Hongyu’s attitude toward him was varied, which was frustrating to him.
Several days later, Lu Lin ca back. More warriors from the four forces returned as well after they heard Lu Li co back. But they dared not to go to Lu Li themselves. They had to beg Ye Luo, Lu Lin and Lu Hongyu to talk Lu Li into releasing Ji ngtian and the rest.
“Set them free?”
Lu Li frowned at Lu Lin’s words and said, “Lu Lin, are you stupid or what? If I set them free now, I will be inviting trouble myself. Do you think Yang Xuan, Ji ngtian and Lu Suan will bury the hatchet? Are you going to protect if they showed up with a bunch of guys to kill ? Let’s say you can protect . When they leave the Demon-slaying City and get powerful warriors from many families to kill or to imprison , can I go to get my justice? These people are now my amulet. I will not let them go until I am certain of my safety.”
Lu Lin was here because he was persuaded by many Lu Family disciples from collateral branches. He was afraid that this would be out of control as well so he had co to convince Lu Li. Lu Li’s explanation got Lu Lin thinking. He felt in a conundrum.
It would be uncontrollable if Lu Li didn’t let them free. The four forces would not let Lu Li live as soon as he was out of the Demon-slaying City. But if Lu Li let them go now, Ji ngtian, Lu Suan and the rest would seek revenge. By that ti, the trouble would be even bigger. It was such an awkward situation.
Jiang Qiling’s arched eyebrows were knitted together as she looked at Lu Li with worry. He smiled gently, held her hand and said, “Don’t worry. They are in my hands now. I have the leverage to negotiate. As long as my great grandpa is unbiased, I don’t think it will be very bad. What is more…as the future chosen warrior, you are on my side. I believe the Demon-slaying Hall will consider your feelings.”
Jiang Qiling was convinced and her frown was gone. She decided only to think about it when it really ca to the point.
Lu Li found that many warriors were waiting outside for his response. He waved his hand agitatedly and said, “Lu Lin, tell those jerks to get lost. I will break their legs if they anger . Also, tell Ye Luo to co here.”
Lu Lin walked out. After a bit, Ye Luo walked in with Lu Hongyu. Lu Li ca directly to the point, “I wanted to stay at the base camp and enjoy so ease days but those guys out there are irritating. How about we…go and get so more points?”
“There aren’t too many alien races out there.”
Ye Luo raised his eyebrows and his eyes sparkled as he asked, “You want to attack the base camps of the four races?”
“I am not that confident yet!”
Lu Li shook his head and said with a bitter smile, “But we can get a group of people and wait for them outside of their base camps. We will get one in to provoke them and lure a bunch of them out for us to kill.”

Ye Luo was stunned. He looked at Lu Hongyu and Lu Lin. The three of them believed this was a good idea. More importantly, Lu Li would be there with them. Even if there was an army of alien races, they could defeat them easily. This endeavor wouldn’t be too dangerous.
“Sure. We still have more than 20 days before the teleportation portal is activated. We can go and kill a bunch of them now. Let’s go to the base camp of the Barbarian Race, the nearest one to us. If we can lure their prince out and kill that guy, it will be perfect.”
