Lu Li took out the Spring Gold from his Interspatial Ring. He had used the hunchbacked old man’s ring because his Interspatial Ring could not store Spring Gold.
“Okay!” The prefecture warrior put away the Spring Gold and waved Lu Li away. “Off you go. Co back next month.”

Su Zixi raised his eyebrows. Since he was from the Grand Martial Universe, he knew Lu Li was lying. That being said, Su Zixi did not state anything or show anything from his eyes.

Lu Li cupped his fists and replied calmly, “I will not lie to you, my lord!”
“If I ever find out that you are lying, hmm!” The prefecture warrior snorted. “Now, leave.” He waved Lu Li away.
Lu Li cupped his fists to bid farewell, and Su Zixi left with him. Outside the castle, Lu Li slowed down, so he could hear them talking inside.
“Why did you ask where that new guy is from?”
Soone asked. That prefecture warrior with bird eyes clearly gave a very vague answer, “No reason. I thought that guy is soone else from the universe I ca from. I see that he is not.”
Lu Li quickened his steps and hurried toward the castle he lived in. His mind was weighed down with worry. Su Zixi was sensible enough to not ask anything. He just walked away with Lu Li silently.
