Guang Chengzi wandered around for half a day and the only solution he ca up with was to wait.

With more people, a solution would naturally erge.

Finally, the ones who arrived were Sister Ci Hang Immortal, now restored to Golden Immortal cultivation, and Jiang Ziya.

Guang Chengzi felt a sense of lancholy seeing Ci Hang, who once shared the sa cultivation realm as him, now fallen two great realms.

Ci Hang was undoubtedly the most diligent among the disciples. Otherwise, her cultivation wouldn’t have been comparable to Guang Chengzi’s. Even Manjusri and Puxian, who had similar talent, fortune, and understanding, were inferior to her by an entire realm at their peak.

After the three returned to West Zhou, Ci Hang and Guang Chengzi discussed the matter.

Guang Chengzi proposed to keep waiting, believing that with enough people, a solution would arise.

Ci Hang did not argue with her senior brother and instead went to investigate the situation in the pit on her own.

As for Jiang Ziya?

He had no opinions on the matter.

While wandering around, Ci Hang happened to encounter Nezha, who was asuring the area. After their prior experiences and previous collaborations, the two had beco well-acquainted.

They now addressed each other as siblings.

The two surveyed the site together—Nezha examined the terrain, while Ci Hang studied the human traces—their cooperation surprisingly harmonious.

The longer Ci Hang observed, the more sorrowful her expression beca.

"All beings endure countless sufferings; when will this ever co to an end?"

Nezha raised his head, looking at Ci Hang, who had begun to exude a faint ’Buddha Nature.’ After a mont of contemplation, he sighed and said, "Mortals are frail; in the eyes of immortals, they are like ants born in the morning and dead by night. Who would truly care about them?"

Ci Hang shook her head, saying nothing more as she took up the Transcendence Scripture of the Western Sect and began chanting.

Thus, the two occasionally chatted as they traveled together.

Indeed, the Western Sect’s ability to transcend was remarkably specialized. A faint golden light surrounded Ci Hang, making her countenance appear increasingly sacred.

The substantial black smoke in the air began to dissipate under its radiance, showing signs of purification. However, the Buddha Light was still too weak.

Watching Ci Hang, Nezha couldn’t help but reflect: It seed her eventual turn to the Western Sect was anything but accidental.

As Ci Hang’s insights deepened with ti, she began to vaguely perceive the direction of her path forward, though she still harbored doubts about the revelation.

Switching sects—was it truly the right choice?

During this period, Guang Chengzi ca by a few tis. Seeing Ci Hang chanting Buddhist scriptures, he was perplexed but did not object, particularly given that its effects were markedly superior to his Sutra of Crossing People.

Another noteworthy event was Nezha’s construction team mostly dissolving, leaving only Shi Ji behind.

Nezha, valuing Shi Ji’s particular skills, didn’t let her go. "Keep working, just keep working. Who knows? Maybe the earth will break again soday."

Shi Ji was a straightforward individual; whatever Nezha asked, she did. Draped in a black robe and accompanied by two children, she diligently refined stones.

Eventually, the remaining seven of the Chan Sect’s Twelve Golden Immortals also arrived.

Yun Zhongzi had suffered disastrous misfortune and dared not take risks again. Fortunately, protected by rit, his restoration was rely a matter of ti.

The eight brothers discussed the matter but still reached no conclusions.

In the end, Manjusri and Puxian joined Ci Hang in chanting scriptures, while the rest were left staring blankly.

Seeing that this approach couldn’t continue indefinitely, Guang Chengzi approached Nezha to strike a deal: If Nezha could help Chan Sect resolve the situation, the reward would be the Twelve-Grade Karma Fire Red Lotus in Guang Chengzi’s possession.

As one of the Innate Five Great Lotus Platforms, its value needed no further explanation. Guang Chengzi was naturally reluctant but had little choice—he couldn’t keep dragging this out.

Not only was this a blow to the Chan Sect’s reputation, but it was also steadily eroding their Qi Fortune.

Guang Chengzi primarily sought Nezha’s assistance for two reasons. First, the pit undoubtedly required soone to repair it. If Nezha couldn’t manage it, he could count on Lady Nuwa.

Second was Nezha’s network. Guang Chengzi couldn’t quite fathom where a re immortal, barely a hundred years old, could have acquired such extensive connections.

Nezha agreed without hesitation.

"As long as paynt’s in order, I’d even shatter the Primordial World."

Though the Western Sect might have been the optimal choice for this situation, Nezha had little familiarity with them. His primary concern was the Saint Zhunti remarking, "You have a connection with my Western Sect," and whisking him away for good.

After much deliberation, Nezha thought of Ksitigarbha.

Among the people Nezha knew, Ksitigarbha’s integrity was unquestionably top-notch.

Looking at the three, Ci Hang, Manjusri, and Puxian, still reciting scriptures, Nezha said:

"Sister Ci Hang, Senior Brothers, perhaps we could seek help from Senior Brother Ksitigarbha for this matter."

Ci Hang opened her eyes. She had already made a choice internally and was just waiting for a catalyst.

"Indeed."

Nezha imdiately opened the Ghost Gate and led the three to the underworld, heading toward Ksitigarbha’s location.

Old acquaintances were reunited. Ksitigarbha had always found Ci Hang, Manjusri, and Puxian to possess latent Buddha Nature, and their eting this ti filled him with great joy.

Nezha didn’t waste words, casually teasing Di Ting as he relayed the matter.

Ksitigarbha had already heard of the situation—even the Heaven and Earth Mansion was practically in tumult.

Without boast or empty promises, he gave a few instructions to a nearby Sha Mi, then stated he needed to visit the site before making any decisions.

Nezha nodded, recognizing this as the behavior of a genuinely dependable person.

The group returned to the Primordial World. Upon seeing the endless number of resentful souls, Ksitigarbha’s brow imdiately furrowed—things were far worse than he’d anticipated, a hundredfold worse.

First, he attempted to transcend them using scriptures. The effect was potent, but against the boundless sea of souls, it was akin to a drop in the ocean.

Helpless, he abandoned this approach.

Finally, the three of them began deducing solutions using the River Map and Luo Book. After three months of effort, they finally devised an effective strategy with a success rate of over seventy percent.

Nezha, frowning, used a Creation Jade Butterfly fragnt in his Divine Soul for another round of deducing. The conclusion was clear: the thod was correct, but the execution lacked sufficient resources.

Simply put, their cultivation levels were too low.

"Could this thod have so flaws?"

Ksitigarbha was sowhat surprised at how far Nezha managed to deduce with just Profound Immortal cultivation.

"The key isn’t whether it can be done, but whether one is willing to act upon it."

Ci Hang revealed a gentle smile.

"Indeed."

Nezha wasn’t naive. Watching the two, he faintly guessed what they intended.

Ci Hang, noticing Nezha’s hesitation, said, "Brother Nezha, there is no need to worry. This is our path. You needn’t view it as being done for the sake of the mortal world. In truth, we are rely pursuing our own way forward."

With Ci Hang’s reassurance, Nezha stopped objecting and began his preparations.

Half a month later.

Ci Hang stood above the Black Abyss, expressionless and solemn.

Her hands ford seals as auspicious light flowed around her body, behind her, Three Flowers Gathering at the Top and Five Qi Chaoyuan, ultimately revealing her Dao Fruit.

A Dao Fruit, azure blue like rippling water waves, floated above her head as golden light radiated around her.

Nezha cast a spell to open the Ghost Gate. At that mont, Ksitigarbha mirrored Ci Hang in form, though his Dao Fruit was on an entirely different level.

The first step of the plan was Soul Summoning.

With Ci Hang fully releasing her restraints, her azure Dao Fruit resembled sweet nectar amidst a swarm of bees. Countless resentful souls rushed toward it like frenzied bees.

Purified by the Dao Fruit, they passed through the Ghost Gate to be guided by Ksitigarbha’s Dao Fruit, ultimately entering the Six Dao Reincarnation Plate, where the Power of Reincarnation cleansed them into pure spirits.

As ti went on, more and more souls discovered this gateway to reincarnation and began pouring in endlessly.

The originally black stream of souls turned increasingly violent.
