Gong Huiyu didn’t dare to say another word but retreated from the room, still trembling.

The n in black took out a key and opened the heavy tal door.
That tal door was half a ter thick and a terrible stench emanated from the room the mont it opened. Gong Huiyu frowned but remained silent. He walked into the pitch-black room.
The room was dark, lit only by the faint moonlight coming through the two windows sealed shut by two thick tal grilles.
Gong Huiyu glanced about the dim room before letting his gaze fall upon a small figure in the corner.
He didn’t imdiately go over but just inched forward a little before coming to a halt.
“Fourth sister, I am here to visit you.”
There was total silence in the darkness. The figure squatting in the corner remained motionless, as if she didn’t hear Gong Huiyu’s words.
But Gong Huiyu didn’t feel that there was anything wrong. He just went on as if everything was per normal. “I went to Fu Guang City earlier and there was a new ruler there. Do you still rember Fu Guang City? When we were young... second brother and I often brought you there. It was under ng Fusheng’s control, but now... it no longer belongs to him.”

Gong Huiyu spoke casually as if he was just having an idle conversation.
