Only then did Shi Sui put away the ice pack. Seeing how uneasy she was, he chuckled and asked, “Are you that afraid of Xiang Chen? He can’t possibly eat you up.”
His original intention was to comfort Xiang Yi but he didn’t expect Xiang Yi and Xiang Qi to both widen their eyes in horror.
Xiang Qi muttered cowardly, “Big Brother... He won’t eat us up I reckon...”
Xiang Yi swallowed her saliva and said, “He...probably wouldn’t...”
The pair of siblings huddled up together while shivering in fear.
Shi Sui was speechless.
