Chapter 509: 509 Chapter 509: 509 “Sister-in-law, this tastes so much better than the ones I made before,” Mrs. Chu said, both shocked and delighted. With such delicious buns, she believed that they would definitely sell well at the market.

After her initial surprise, Mrs. Chu quickly addressed Su Yunjin, “Sister-in-law, I really owe you for this. If it weren’t for you, I couldn’t have made such tasty buns.”

“Little sister, when you make buns in the future, just follow the steps I taught you today, and they will always taste as good as the ones we just made,” Su Yunjin advised Mrs. Chu.

Mrs. Chu nodded in agreent, “Sister-in-law, I’ve got it.”

Today, Su Yunjin had only taught Mrs. Chu the simplest way to make buns. There were still various other thods to learn, which Su Yunjin planned to teach Mrs. Chu later.

Trying to learn too much at once not only makes it difficult to learn well, but the results are also not good; it’s more effective to learn gradually without rushing for imdiate success.

Today’s lesson was only one thod. Once Mrs. Chu had sold buns at the market for a while and had so free ti, Su Yunjin would find another opportunity to teach her the other types of buns.

On moving day, Su Yunjin forgot to give the property deed to Mrs. Chu. Since Mrs. Chu ca today, Su Yunjin planned to give it to her as well.

“Little sister, I haven’t given you the property deed yet. Wait for a mont, I’ll go and fetch it for you,” Su Yunjin told Mrs. Chu before heading inside.

The property deed was in a drawer of the wardrobe. Su Yunjin opened the drawer and took it out. Mrs. Chu waited in the kitchen.

While Su Yunjin was getting the deed, Mrs. Chu helped herself to another bun.

The more she ate, the more Mrs. Chu found them delicious.

Now that the buns were so tasty, Mrs. Chu felt more confident about setting up her stall at the market. She believed that using the thod taught to her by her sister-in-law, Su Yunjin, the buns would sell well.

She was sure the business wouldn’t be too bad.

Tomorrow just happened to be market day.

A joyous Mrs. Chu planned to try her luck at the market first thing in the morning.

Mrs. Zhang and her family were also coveting the house. Before giving the deed to Mrs. Chu, Su Yunjin didn’t forget to warn her.

“Little sister, here’s the property deed. Make sure to keep it safe. My older brother and his family are also eyeing the house my husband and I gave to you. They will definitely cause trouble, but if you keep the property deed safe, you won’t have to worry about them bothering you or our fifth brother,” Su Yunjin cautioned.

Mrs. Chu accepted the deed and told Su Yunjin, “Sister-in-law, since you and third brother moved away, the older brother has co by several tis to make a fuss after finding out you gave us the house.”

“Little sister, you and our fifth brother didn’t suffer any losses, did you?” Su Yunjin asked.

Mrs. Chu, not one to be tread upon, smiled and winked at Su Yunjin, “Don’t worry, sister-in-law. My husband and I aren’t afraid of our older brother. We have our ways of dealing with them should they co to cause trouble!”

“Good to hear,” said Mrs. Chu. Su Yunjin was no longer worried that the house would be taken by her older brother. Mrs. Zhang and Gu Baofu, those two troublemakers.

Su Yunjin would never favor them by giving up her own house cheaply.

After learning how to make buns, Mrs. Chu left with a large pot of stead buns Su Yunjin and her husband Gu Ya couldn’t possibly finish on their own.

She allowed Mrs. Chu to take so with her.

To share with her father-in-law and mother-in-law as well.

Seeing there were still quite a few left in the pot, Su Yunjin also gave so to Aunt Song and others. As a matter of reciprocity, after accepting the buns, Aunt Song heard that Su Yunjin liked pork bone soup.

She even went out of her way to bring Su Yunjin several pork leg bones to make soup.
