She lowered her gaze slightly.

In the Commandery Princess’s eyes, a trace of envy flashed towards Su Yunjin.

"Sister-in-law Gu, to be honest, that day in the carriage, when I saw the gentle and doting way Brother Gu treated you, I was indeed very envious in my heart! I truly hope that Brother Wen can treat like Brother Gu treats you in the future." As she spoke, the Commandery Princess’s eyes shifted from envy to longing.

Then, a rare shyness and charm of a young girl appeared on Princess Baolu’s face. If Su Yunjin was initially hesitant about helping Princess Baolu, after hearing her words, Su Yunjin decided to assist her. Wen Muyan would go to the Qin Residence in two days.

Princess Baolu wanted to see Wen Muyan and could do so by going to the Qin Residence. Princess Baolu looked at Su Yunjin with eyes full of expectation, "Sister Su, Brother Gu and Cousin Ningwang both don’t really want to see Brother Wen. Sister Su, seeing that you are a kind person, could you help ? When Brother Gu returns, could you persuade him to take to et Wen Muyan?" The Commandery Princess was sweet-talking and eloquent, endearing herself to everyone at Rong Residence.

Princess Baolu had made up her mind to wait at Su Yunjin’s house today. When Brother Gu returned, she would cling to him, asking him to tell her Wen Muyan’s whereabouts.

Princess Baolu knew Brother Gu was also fond of Su Yunjin and that he was indulgent toward his wife. If Sister-in-law Gu spoke on her behalf, she would have a much better chance of Brother Gu telling her where Wen Muyan lived.

Su Yunjin had already decided to help her after hearing the story of the Commandery Princess and Wen Muyan. She knew Wen Muyan would go to the Qin Residence in two days, and the Commandery Princess could et Wen Muyan without needing to see Gu Ya, "Commandery Princess, I can help you. However, there is sothing I would like to say to you."

Princess Baolu instinctively asked, "What is it?" Hearing Su Yunjin agree to help her made Princess Baolu’s eyes sparkle, and her heart was filled with joy.

After a mont of silence, Su Yunjin spoke slowly.

"Commandery Princess, affection is about mutual attraction. Although I admire your bold and relentless pursuit of the person you like, if that person truly doesn’t like you, I think there may be soone even better for you to cherish." Su Yunjin had considered this before speaking to the Commandery Princess.

She hoped the Commandery Princess could understand her aning. Su Yunjin’s reminder was ant to be subtle. Whether she listened or not, Su Yunjin would not press further.

The Commandery Princess was wise, and she quickly understood Su Yunjin’s intent. Knowing that Su Yunjin had her best interests at heart, Princess Baolu nodded earnestly, "Sister-in-law Gu, I will rember what you said." Although she ca to see Wen Muyan, Princess Baolu was also trying to confirm sothing.

If she could confirm that Wen Muyan liked her, she would marry him without hesitation. But if Wen Muyan truly didn’t like her, Princess Baolu intended not to pursue him further.

She liked Wen Muyan but wouldn’t cling blindly. Such affection would lose its aning. As Sister-in-law Gu said, mutual affection makes it worthwhile.

Of course, she didn’t say this to Su Yunjin. Seeing that the Commandery Princess had listened to her words, Su Yunjin felt an increased sense of appreciation and surprise towards her.
