Gu Ya went to Yangcheng today, and Su Yunjin decided to ask Gu Ya when they could move to the town after he returned from Yangcheng.
The house in the town is much bigger than their house in the village, with pavilions, towers, a garden, and ponds. Su Yunjin always loves to enjoy life and goes wherever it’s comfortable.
The house in the town is definitely more comfortable to live in than their current place in the countryside. Su Yunjin plans to discuss with Gu Ya to try to move to the big house in the town as soon as possible.
Su Muze went to the Guo Family to propose the next day. The process went very smoothly, all the necessary etiquette was completed, and now they just needed to wait until the end of the month for the wedding. Big brother’s engagent went successfully and with great satisfaction. Su Muze and Guo Qiulan are deeply in love now, and Xiao Yu, from the past, has been completely forgotten by her big brother.
Guo Qiulan was imdiately taken with her big brother, and after Su Muze and Guo Qiulan started interacting, he obviously developed feelings for her too. If Xiao Yu doesn’t co back to stir things up, her big brother and Guo Qiulan should have a pretty happy life together once they marry.
Gu Ya originally promised Su Yunjin that after he ca back from Yangcheng, he would find another ti to take her to Yangcheng to play for a few days. However, after Gu Ya returned from Yangcheng, he seed even busier. Seeing that Gu Ya was so busy, leaving early and returning late, Su Yunjin felt it wasn’t right to bring up the trip to Yangcheng.
Gu Ya is busy with business during the day, and Su Yunjin doesn’t idle at ho, either. Besides taking care of the two kids, she also goes out and about.
In the past, there were dozens of guards outside Su Yunjin’s house arranged by Gu Ya, so the villagers didn’t dare approach. Now that those guards are gone, the villagers gradually dared to co closer. Occasionally, won and children from the village would co to Su Yunjin’s house to visit.
The won talked about their husbands and children, and Su Yunjin sat on the side, surprisingly finding it quite enjoyable to listen. Sotis when she heard sothing interesting, Su Yunjin would wait until Gu Ya ca back at night and tell him about it.
"Husband, today Brother Chu from the village was beaten by his wife. Can you guess why?" Su Yunjin asked Gu Ya gleefully.
Gu Ya thought for a mont and said, "Did Brother Chu steal the eggs his wife had hidden again?" He rembered that his little wife seed to have asked him about this a few days ago.
"No!" Su Yunjin waved her hand. "Husband, last ti was because Brother Chu stole Sister-in-law Chu’s eggs and got beaten. Not this ti."
Su Yunjin smiled and asked Gu Ya to guess again, "Husband, guess again?" Gu Ya remained silent in response to his little wife’s question.
Gu Ya had no interest in guessing.
Suddenly, Gu Ya felt a pair of soft hands squeeze his palm, and his little wife’s voice was soft and gentle, "Husband, guess, please guess." Su Yunjin didn’t realize how charming she looked at the mont.
Gu Ya froze, looking at his little wife’s coquettish expression, surprisingly not wanting to refuse her request. So, Gu Ya thought for a while and guessed again.
"Did Brother Chu steal his wife’s stead bun?" Gu Ya asked.
This ti it was Su Yunjin who fell silent. Gu Ya kept guessing that he stole sothing? Did Gu Ya have sothing against the word "steal"? Seeing that Gu Ya didn’t seem to figure it out, Su Yunjin decided not to make him guess, "Forget it, forget it, Husband, I’ll just tell you directly."
Su Yunjin seed to recall sothing funny, bursting into laughter, "Husband, this ti it was because Brother Chu got up in the morning, lost his balance, and accidentally sat on his wife’s face." Sister-in-law Chu ntioned it today with a look of disdain. Su Yunjin couldn’t help but laugh at the thought.
