Su Yunjin was not agreeable. “Husband, I want to go.” Looking at Gu Ya, Su Yunjin’s gaze was resolute and her attitude firm, showing no sign of compromise or concession to Gu Ya.
“You must go?” Gu Ya stared at his little wife, his eyes deep and unfathomable. Su Yunjin looked at Gu Ya, entirely unable to understand his sentint.
Fearing Gu Ya would still disagree, Su Yunjin tugged on Gu Ya’s sleeve, habitually acting spoiled. Even though he knew she was doing it intentionally, Gu Ya was always rendered helpless by this tactic.

After Su Yunjin held onto Gu Ya’s sleeve and stared at him for a while, Gu Ya finally conceded, “Fine then, if you insist on going, co along to find Prince Ning with .” Initially afraid his little wife would get tired, Gu Ya had planned not to let her accompany him in handling the matter with Leng Jingxian.

“Husband, I knew you’d agree.” Su Yunjin happily hugged Gu Ya’s arm, feeling joyous. Gu Ya tapped his little wife’s forehead with his hand, sighing with helplessness, “You!” Su Yunjin continued to laugh, and Gu Ya added, “I really can’t handle you.”

Prince Ning has a residence in town, situated not far from the Prince Qi Residence, separated by just an alley. Since Prince Ning does not frequently co to this remote town, the residence is arranged rather casually. Su Yunjin accompanied Gu Ya by carriage to Prince Ning Residence, where the door was opened by the residence’s manager, whose surna was Xiao, and was commonly referred to as Manager Xiao.
Seeing the visitor was Gu Ya, Manager Xiao imdiately smiled.
“Gu Gongzi, you’ve co?” Having been to the residence a few tis, Manager Xiao, astute as he was, could see that Gu Ya was highly regarded by Prince Ning, thus he welcod Gu Ya with great enthusiasm. Upon noticing Su Yunjin closely beside Gu Ya and seeing her beauty, standing alongside Gu Ya like an ideal couple, Manager Xiao at once deduced Su Yunjin’s identity and happily asked, “Gu Gongzi, is this your wife?”
Gu Ya turned to look at his little wife beside him, his glance tender and doting. “Mm, she is my wife.” Manager Xiao took another look at Su Yunjin, silently thinking that the couple indeed suited each other well.
Hearing Gu Ya call her his wife.

“Gu Gongzi, are you here today to et our Prince?” Before Gu Ya could respond, Manager Xiao continued, “There’s a distinguished guest visiting today, and our Prince is presently eting the guest. Gu Gongzi, if you’ve co to et our Prince, you might have to wait for so ti.”

Su Yunjin raised her eyebrows, “Manager Xiao, may I know who the guest visiting the residence today is?”
“It’s Prince Chu!” Manager Xiao replied with a smile.
