When Gu Ya finished dealing with the matter outside, he returned to find his little wife lying askew on the daybed, her eyes closed in sleep, afraid to wake her.
Gu Ya’s footsteps were very light, step by step approaching the side of the daybed, where he sat down beside his wife. Su Yunjin, not a heavy sleeper,
could sense even the slightest noise.
Though Gu Ya treaded lightly, Su Yunjin was still awakened by his entry; she slowly opened her eyes to find Gu Ya, who had co in at so point, looking at her.
Su Yunjin was montarily startled.
Gu Ya’s hand rested on top of her head.
His voice was gentle.
“Yunjin, did I wake you?” The freshly awakened little wife, her cheeks rosy, looked particularly endearing. As he spoke, Gu Ya’s gaze grew even tenderer towards her.
Su Yunjin sat up and shook her head, and Gu Ya helped her.
Thinking about the restaurant business,
Su Yunjin casually asked, “Husband, how did it go? Did you manage to handle everything?”
