Baator, Nessus, Holy Capital of the Anor Londo.
Several years have passed since the ascension of the Father of All Devils to the Lord-Class being. After more than two years, chs and other people assigned to the task managed to categorize and transport everything from the Inheritance Vault of the peak Tier 12 being back to the Baator.
After the resources and other things were transported to the Empire, most of the Empire's so-called inner circle, aning the important mbers of the House Lucifer, Elders of the Baator, and so other prominent mbers like those of the Senatorum Imperialis, got their hands on it first and their strength increased trendously.
This ant that the Empire had an increase in Tier 9 Powerhouses, and even so people who were long stuck at the Apicalyopse-Class ascended to the Dinsional-Class like Sirzechs. The latter ascended straight to the later stages of the Dinsional-Class.
Today, a usual eting of the Elders of the Baator.
These etings were always taking place each ti after one hundred years intervals to discuss important things about the developnt of the Empire.
Aside from the Elders, Emperor was always in attendance and the Ancestor and founder of the Empire.
Zekram Bael, the 1st Elder of the Baator, was soone who stood beside the Ancestor even before the Empire was officially founded and currently was the pinnacle Dinsional-Class powerhouse, only one step away from reaching Lord-Class.
"Congratulations Zekram; I heard that your great-grandson was appointed as a new Captain-General of Adeptus Custodes."
Said Crom Cruach, the 2nd Elder of the Baator and basically the leader of the Dragons of the Baator and ruler of the 4th Layer of the Baator, Phlegethos. Dragons were one of the major species of the Chthonian Empire and the Baator, aside from Devils, Fallen Angels, or Bloodkins.
Zekram's great-grandson, Sairaorg Bael, was one of the legends of the Chthonian Empire of the Baator.
Born with a unique condition, where his Clan Trait was dormant, he was scorned by the majority of his own family, especially his own father, who viewed him as a disgrace to the High Lord House Bael.
Ironically though, the boy had a trendous talent for anything related to physical cultivation, be it learning Senjutsu or Touki or so other body strengthening thods. Just in a short twenty years, he reached Satan-Class in terms of physique, which was an astonishing speed, especially taking into account that he did it with his own efforts without outside help.
When he was 14 years old, he was made an exemption. The Adeptus Custodes took him as one of the youngest recruits ever recruited. By 15 years old, he was initiated as a full-fledged battle brother. By 16 years old, he was already nad a Prefect, and by 18, he beca one of the commanding Tribunes.
After reaching Super-Devil Class in terms of his physique, he was physically strong enough to undergo Clan Trait Awakening Ritual, which was prepared for him by his great-grandfather Zekram Bael, who collected all precious resources and things required for the ritual.
After he awakened his Clan Trait, Sairaorg incorporated his Power of Destruction into his own self-created martial arts, which made him the most deadly close-quarter combatant in the whole Empire.
Especially after he reached the Apocalypse-Class, as he comprehended the Law of Earth, which was known for its physical aspect, be it in defense or offense. His life story was one of the most inspirational ones across the Empire, and there were even several books or movies about it already.
"Indeed, it is a grand accomplishnt, as expected from my descendant."
Laughed Zekram jovially as he boasted about the power of his blood.
Soon enough, another person entered the room.
"Asura, you have finally arrived."
Stated Zekram to a man with long silver hair and piercing crimson eyes.
After the Chthonian Empire obtained the Inheritance Vault of the pinnacle Tier 12 powerhouse, the one who benefitted the most was Asura, who managed to create an Avatar with unique treasure's help to trick the Universal Law of the Shao Universe into thinking the Avatar was the real Asura God.
When Asura passed the God Tablet to his Avatar, he left the Shao Universe and entered the Astral Boundary Universe.
"Indeed. I was taking care of so important matters on my floor."
Stated Asura as he sat down on his chair.
After several minutes all others arrived.
After Sirzechs arrived, the eting could start.
"Now, all of you know why you are here. We need to discuss the incoming war against the Warlocks of the Canghzi Plane as the Six Imperial Warlocks Courts erged. Father decided that we would be the ones leading the offensive against them after so of our peak Deimsnional-Class powerhouses reach the next Class."
Summarized Sirzechs the situation.
"With Zeoticus and Asura, we have two strong Tier 11 experts. I am on the verge of reaching the next Class, and so is Crom Cruach. The first thing we need to do is to remove all unpredictable from the equation."
Said Zekram as everyone knew what he ant.
While the 8 Warlock Emperors that founded their respective dynasties were the most famous ones, there existed other Warlocks that reached the realm and either beca hermits or created smaller factions far away from the Canghzi Plane.
Only 6 remained at the Canghzi Plane, even from the Eight Warlock Dynasties, though so smaller ones which had Tier 11 Warlock still had so contacts with the Canghzi Plane, as that was the ancestral ho of all Warlocks in the Astral Boundary.
"Abrasax reported that remains of the Golem Dynasty are located at the Canghzi Plane, and there is a high probability that Golem Emperor is slumbering there. Dawn Dynasty is relocated in the Heavenly Plane, the Primary Grade 2 Plane ruled by God Avatar of the Dawn Emperor. Additionally, we have located another three resting places of Warlock Emperors that are currently slumbering and are guarded by their factions; none of them present any threat to the forces of the Empire."
