Hence, his combat prowess is comparable to weaker Warlock Monarchs. Arcanists said that in the entire Baator, there are only a few such people with enough social standing to initiate an operation like this, so the highest possible outco is that the leader should be Crown Prince Abrasax Leviathan-Lucifer, son of the current Emperor and grandson of Father of All Devils."
