Today I went to the Desert Empire, where the sole shrine dedicated to the God of Destruction Irtarr was located.
Dealing with Irtarr was probably the last thing that I needed to do before killing Goddes of Weave Gargarstave, thus collapsing the weave and starting the invasion.
When I arrived at the Desert Empire, everything was either destroyed or in absolute chaos, as armies of the Amaris Empire marched through the cities of the Desert Empire and rcilessly slaughtered everyone who didn't surrender, painting earth in the blood.
I went away, as observing all of this was useless to , though all of that slaughter was beneficial for ; as soone who comprehended the Law of Slaughter, the more slaughter there was, the stronger I could get from it.
Shrine of the God of Destruction Irtarr was located on the outskirts of the Desert Empire, near the sea, where an enormous mountain was where the shrine was built for the Irtarr.
Contrary to what was usual, as temples, churches, and shrines dedicated to the Supre Gods were usually majestic and enormous, this one devoted to Irtarr was humble and small. I just chuckled at that, fired an orb of the Nuclear Magic Rule, and blasted the entire shrine to nothingness.
At the sa ti, I activated Decomposition Magic Rule and created a special Anti-Divine Domain with a diater of several kiloters while hiding it behind a concealnt spell made from Laws directly.
Soon enough, God of Destruction Irtarr descended, completely enraged that soone had destroyed his shrine. I did this to lure him out of his Divine Kingdom, and it paid off; Gods were insanely arrogant, so destroying his temple was probably the worst thing I could do to offend him.
Of course, God as strong as Irtarr would be consud by rage and instantly descended down without investigating the situation for a mont, and he entered the trap without a second thought.
Irtarr looked like a middle-aged man, with shoulder-length pitch-black hair clad in luxurious robes coupled with so armor.
Irtarr looked around for a bit before looking at with an intense gaze.
"Foreign invader... so all of what is happening at the Feisuo Plane is your work."
He said quietly.
I just chuckled hearing that, thinking that he was the smart one among the gods, he was able to quickly deduce, even after being enraged, that this wasn't a coincidence, but he soon realized that this was a trap for him.
"You are surprisingly calm about this, Irtarr."
I stated as I activated the Anti-Divine Domain created through the Decomposition Magic Rule.
"Your power is overwhelming compared to mine, especially now in this situation, so in the end, I will just discard this avatar."
He said as I sharpened.
"So... to whom does the real body belong? One of the Myriad God Emperors of the Divine Star Region?"
I asked as Irtarr's face changed into a frown.
So that was his plan, or rather their plan.
Divine Star Region always tried to expand into the other three major Star Regions and other minor Star Regions to gain more followers and worshippers that would be feeding them with more divine power.
Unfortunately for Pantheons of the Divine Star Region, Central Star Region was impossible for them, as it was a no-go zone because of the presence of Warlocks and Arcanists. The sa could be said about the Ancient Eternal Region, as it was filled with countless Emperor-ranked and several Eternal-ranked factions.
So only major Star Region which remained was Desolate Star Region for them to try to spread their influence. Minor Star Regions were out of the question, as every minor Star Region had soone of terrifying level of strength protecting it; usually, it were either so Warlocks or Arcanists that left their civilization cradle and beca rogues, or extraordinary lifeforms or species.
Additionally, the minor Star Regions were very small and not worth of effort compared to the major ones.
They have chosen the Desolate Star Region, probably for the sa reasons why I have chosen to settle Baator here. It lacked any strong presence, and while it had a few Tier 11 powerhouses, none were especially strong.
Irtarr didn't say anything aside from grimacing before he attempted to self-detonate his Divine Spark, only for ashen expression to appear when he noticed that he couldn't.
"The mont you have entered this Anti-Divine Domain, you were under the effect from Decomposition Magic Rule, which nullifies functions of the Divine Spark... it is too precious for , you know?"
I explained as several Dark Light Chains pierced through his body as it completely immobilized Irtarr.
"It is unfortunate that your mories are protected well..."
I sighed.
"Don't worry devil... sooner or enough, we will et in person, and then I will kill you and your entire filthy race."
Said Irtarr with malice as he looked straight at .
"You gods and your arrogance... truly wondrous how stupid you can be..."
I said as I swung with my scythe and severed his head.
