Chapter 705 Their marriage history
"Has she finally decided to end things with her husband?" ixu asked after swallowing the food in her mouth.
"Surely she didn't ntion that part." Fu ChuHua replied on behalf of grandfather Fu.
"Grandpa, how long will she be staying?" FangSu asked with an interested gaze.
Grandfather Fu who had paused with his food replied, "She said she would be staying for a while, so I don't know how long that will be."
YingPei sighed and said, "That's a long ti."
Fu Juan's relationship with her husband was not anything new to the mbers of the Fu family, and even Jia Li has co to understand that, including what kind of person Fu Juan was.
Fu Juan was always making things awkward in the family because of her relationship with her husband. She doesn't listen to any advice and does things her own way. She doesn't welco any opinion about her marriage and hates it when that topic is brought up.
She made it difficult to intervene and help her out in her marriage, and so, her relationship with the rest of the family was awkward.
As long as she doesn't stay for a long ti, maybe a week at most, there would be no problem in the family. But now that she made ntion of coming back to stay for a while, surely, there would be drama in the family once again.
Fu Juan was controlling and authoritative, which everyone in the family knew about. Now that she has serious issues with her husband, she would surely vent her emotions and act willfully when she cos over.
FangSu turned to her mother to say, "Mum, you are going to have a hard ti pleasing her, good luck."
"No one is pleasing anybody. Give her the normal treatnt since she is a daughter of this family. And if she gets too demanding, I will speak sense into her. She is already married and has no right to co here to cause trouble." Fu Lei said.
"Fu Hee, as the mistress of this family, your job is indeed tasking." Fu ChuHua said.
Finally, Grandfather Fu said, "I will speak to Juan once she arrives. She wouldn't want to be chased back to her house for disrupting the peace here."
Grandfather Fu sounded determined while saying that. He had once made a statent before every mber of the Fu family.
He had said that Fu Hua or his father, Fu Lei, were not difficult to handle, only Fu Juan was. Her stubbornness had another degree added to it. She was the only Fu mber out of control, which made the old man sotis wonder if he and his late wife had missed a step while raising her.
All these while Fu Juan was married out, the Fu family had forgotten her true character, but now that she was coming back to stay with them for a while, they were beginning to rember her true character.
When Jia Li and Fu Hua returned to their bedroom, she forr couldn't help but ask about Fu Juan's relationship. She didn't know the full gist of the story, and this was the first ti she was probing into the matter.
Fu Hua knew she was curious, and as a mber of the Fu family, she had every right to know about it, so he opened up to her.
He told her of how his Aunt got married to her current husband despite his grandfather's detection back then.
Fu Hua went on to say that his grandfather knew the kind of person his aunt was, and warned her against her relationship, but she refused to listen, so he let her be.
Things started to go south when Fu Juan couldn't conceive, after 7 years of marriage, and she had rejected her husband's opinion of them adopting a child.
What made matters worse, was after Fu Juan agreed to the adoption 5 years later, her husband refused to accept it, and had said that he was no longer interested.
Fu Juan was angry and had even left ho back then, but later she ca back to the house, only to find out that her husband has been having an affair.
It took so ti, for her to discover that there were two children already in the relationship between him and the other woman. Fu Juan made a lot of trouble back then for her husband but chose to keep it from her family.
When Grandfather Fu found out about it, he had wanted Fu Juan to end things with her husband, but she refused to listen. She continued to stay in the marriage and rejected their help.
Fu Hua also revealed that since then, his aunts' marriage has been on the rocks, and whatever that was going on, they didn't know about it, because Fu Juan chose to remain mute and handle it herself.
"Since their relationship is so bad, why are they still together? I an, there is no love or peace, why won't they let each other go?" Jia Li asked with a deep frown.
"This is sothing that I have no idea about, but I feel that my Aunt is the one refusing to let go. Given her personality, this must be her way of revenge. If she grants him a divorce, then he would go on to get married to the mother of his children, while she leaves the marriage with only money as a compensation for her loss." Fu Hua replied.
He had to dissect the matter in his head, in other to give a close answer.
Jia Li really couldn't understand Fu Juan and the way she thought. She thought that at the end of the day, Fu Juan would still be the one to lose because her husband's heart was in the hands of another woman, and he already had another family he was satisfied with, while she, had nothing money and power.
"Who do you think is to bla for their marriage crashing?" Jia Li asked with her gaze on her husband.
Fu Hua sat on the couch and crossed his legs. "Both parties are to bla. My Aunt is also at fault, although, it's been several years since her husband complained about her attitude problem."
