"Thank you for your understanding," Carlos said with a big smile before the female reported interrupted.
Smiling, she probed, "Although you are helping us and putting in so much effort to make sure this juicy news gets into our hands, I'm still concerned about one thing."
The others glanced at her before gazing back at Carlos. "Please go ahead," Carlos said.
"What is your relationship with Miss Jia Li?" She asked. Her question was interesting, and her other colleagues wanted to know the answer to that question even though they doubted if they can get it.
Carlos has been waiting for this question, but not this way. Anyway, he ca prepared so there was no need in delaying with the reply he had long prepared.
Clasping his palms together, he said, "Actually, I don't have any relationship with either of these three people, but I know soone who does. Anyway, that's by the way. I will give you the rest of today and tomorrow to tidy up with work and prepare to co with to the city where you will capture your juicy news."
The three reporters exchanged glances before nodding with a satisfied smile. Carlos made sure they left before he settled the bill at the restaurant.
Imdiately he climbed into his car, he removed his disguise and sighed in relief. Next, he picked up another phone from a compartnt in his car and dialed Mu Keer's number.
He gave her a heads up about the day for the interview, and the three reporters that would be becoming.

"You will get it when the work is done!" Carlos said to her, but in his mind, he was laughing.
After the call ended, Carlos drove straight to Alix's place to inform her of the good news.
Alix was sitting in the sitting room drinking a bottle of white wine when Carlos walked in. She smiled mysteriously and said, "Tell that was a successful eting."
"If the eting wasn't successful, what are you going to do about it?" Carlos asked as he poured himself a glass of wine and sat on the couch opposite of hers.
"You wouldn't be sitting here having a bottle of wine with . Tell what I want to hear so you can get your reward." Alix said to him with a slight smile.
Carlos smiled back at her before breaking the good news to her, and also gave her feedback on the arrangent he made. Alix smirked maliciously and said to him, "Make sure everything goes smoothly."
"Sure, I can't afford to ruin my efforts of how many months," Carlos said. Alix has made him investigate Jia Li so months ago, and he was soone who didn't like to waste his strength on sothing that wouldn't work, and once he started to do sothing, whether evil or good, as long as he has out his efforts in it, he must see to it that it works.
"Good boy, now I will give you your reward," Alix said as she put down her glass on the stool, and went to sit on Carlos's thighs.
"What are you doing? what kind of reward am I getting?" Carlos asked with his hands spread out.
"What kind of reward were you hoping to receive?" Alix asked in a soft tone as she loosened his necktie.
"Maybe a week break from you would have been enough," Carlos replied. He has been hoping to get a break from Alix and her madness, but his wishes were not forthcoming.
He had thought he would at least be given the right to choose the kind of reward he wanted, but no, she got to make the choice for him.
"Why would you want to run away from ? What I'm going to give to you, will be far more than you can ask for." Alix said after unbuttoning the third button of his shirt and leaned in to kiss him while slipping her fingers inside it.
Carlos broke the kiss and asked, "Do you realize where we are? This is the sitting room, and the servants can co in at any ti."
"No one will dare to step into this place without my permission. I already asked everyone to stay away from this evening." Alix replied with a smile as she circled her arms around his neck.
"You sure were already prepared before I ca in," Carlos said as he thought that Alix was getting brazen day after day.
"Why not?" Alix said and leaned in to kiss his lips. From giving him hot kisses on his lips, her hands went straight to his trousers to lose the belt, before unzipping.
"What are you going to do next?" Carlos asked a little breathless as she broke the kiss.
"You will see," Alix said with a fantastic smile. She put her lips on him to give him a BJ, before slipping him inside of her.
In the sitting room there, the sounds of their lovemaking were trapped, and Alix made sure to keep her voice down, as well as Carlos.
When the finished and Alix claid down from his body a little breathless, Carlos said, "How can you partake in the present you are giving to ?"
