Chapter 537 - Jasmine's Demand
YingPei was expecting Daiyu to just eat a little of the side dish but she ended up carrying the plate to her side, much to his surprise.
"I gave you an inch and you took a mile, who asked you to take my food away?" YingPei asked.
Without a care, Daiyu replied and continued to eat. "I'm sure you have eaten this so many tis, so why don't you give it up to for today?"
"What's the use of asking now after you took it without my permission. You are really sothing else." YingPei muttered in a low tone and continued to eat.
When their dinner ended, YingPei drove her back to the hotel.
DanDan and Chang Chang who has been waiting for her arrival, imdiately pulled her into their room as she attempted to knock on their door.
"Can you ladies take it easy? If I didn't have stability, I would have fallen from your pulling." Daiyu said as she sat on the chair in the room.
"How was your date? You didn't show off your strength did you?" DanDan asked.
"Did you offend Jia Li's brother-in-law?" Chang Chang asked.
Daiyu shrugged off their hold on her and replied, "I was well behaved okay? The date went on well, we chatted and we dined."
"When next are you two going to et?" DanDan asked with a smile.
"I'm not sure but it's up to him." Daiyu replied. Her response was based on when YingPei would be through with his training since they were going to compete in so of the activities she listed for him.
Whenever he was ready to compete with her, that would be the next ti they would et.
"I just hope that you created a good impression." Chang Chang said with a smile.
"Hey! Don't you two have faith in ? I created a good impression." Daiyu replied. Normally, her personality is not what all n would like and she was aware of that. But she did try to be herself and that should be a good of enough impression.
"We have to tell Jia Li this good news, she is going to be shocked to learn that you are dating her brother-in-law." DanDan said excitedly.
"No way! We can't interrupt their honeymoon. When she cos back, we can tell her." Daiyu said imdiately.
Jia Li whom they were just talking about, was trying to get so sleep when her little bun ca to disturb her.
"Mummy, wake up!" Jasmine said as she shook her hand vigorously to the best of her strength.
The little girl was standing on the floor while shaking her mother's hand. Her brows were furrowed just like whenever her father gets annoyed.
Jia Li didn't bulge. She was tired and needed this rest, so she continued to lay on the bed with her eyes closed.
Seeing that her mother wouldn't move, Jasmine stopped shaking her arms and started to hit her arm. "Mummy!" she called out again.
Jia Li frowned in her sleep. With the little girl calling for her while hitting her, she couldn't continue sleeping. She slowly opened her eyes to see the annoyed little girl staring at her.
"Jasmine, what do you want?" Jia Li asked in a groggy tone. She seed displeased for being disturbed while sleeping. If Jasmine had grown to a certain age, Jia Li would have given her a clear warning.
"I want to go outside!" Jasmine said. The little girl still looked annoyed because of the effort it took her to wake her mother up.
"Why do you want to go outside? Jia Li asked with a frown. 'Why would she want to outside?' Jia Li thought.
Jasmine replied enthusiastically, "I want to play."
Jia Li exhaled deeply. She was still laying on the bed without moving while replying, "Where is your Daddy?"
"Bathroom." Jasmine replied.
"Then wait for him to co out." Jia Li replied and closed her eyes.
How could the little girl let her go back to sleep when her request has not been t? Jasmine imdiately pulled her arm and called out to her in an annoyed tone, "Mummy!!"
If the little girl had her way, she would have climbed up the bed and then she can have better access to her mother.
"Jasmine can you go away, I want to sleep." Jia Li said without opening her eyes. At this point, she just wished her daughter would stop disturbing her and allow her to sleep.
"No! Mummy..." Jasmine said with scrunched-up brows but Jia Li did not reply to her again, so she attempted to climb up the bed but failed. The little girl was on the verge of crying when Fu Hua ca out of the bathroom.
Seeing the little girl trying to climb up the bed in a failed attempt, Fu Hua smiled and called out to her, "Princess, what are you doing? I told you not to disturb your mummy."
Before going into the bathroom, Fu Hua had told the little girl not to disturb her mother who was sleeping. He had told her to wait for him to bathe and co out so he can take her out, but it looks like the girl was not obedient when he went away.
"Daddy, I want to go outside." Jasmine said with a worried gaze while fiddling with her little fingers. She disobeyed her father and now she was worried that he won't let her go outside again.
Fu Hua sighed and stretched out his hand to her. "Co here."
When Jasmine ca to his side and took his hand, he said to her in a gentle tone, "I will take you outside."
Jasmine nodded and then turned to glance at her mother before asking, "What of mummy?"
"Your mummy is tired, let her get so rest but we will buy sothing for her as we are going back." Jia Li replied as he took her to get her boots.
After helping her to put it on, he put her jacket on her before lifting her in his arms.. He picked up his phone and wallet before leaving the room with her.
