Chapter 206 - Grandfather Fu's Present To Jia Li
Three days before Jia Li's graduation, Fu Hua takes her shopping to get a new outfit for her graduation ceremony.
He picked an outfit for her and asked her to try it out.
Jia Li has noticed that he liked picking clothes for her, especially for special events and she had no problem with that.

"What would you like to eat?" Fu Hua asked while driving with his eyes on the road.
"I want to eat hot and spicy catfish soup." Jia Li replied as she stared at him.
Fu Hua glanced over at her and said with a smile, "You look like you're starving already."
"I am hungry and the baby is very hungry as well plus I feel so exhausted." Jia Li complained with a frown.
"Are you blaming your husband for trying to put in efforts to make you look perfect on your graduation day?" Fu Hua asked with a smile.
Jia Li looked away as she said in a low tone, "Yourself not my husband." ????
Fu Hua heard her clearly and asked, "If I'm not your husband, who is?"
"I don't know." Jia Li replied and he chuckled softly.
"Don't be angry, I will call ho to prepare the food for you. What else do you want to eat?" Fu Hua asked.
Jia Li felt much better and listed the foods she wanted to eat, and he made the call and placed her order. He made sure to remind them not to make the soup too spicy.
When they got ho, the food was ready and was imdiately served. Jia Li was too hungry and forgot to wash her hands, but Fu Hua stopped her in ti before she could touch her food.
Jia Li pouted her lips and gazed at Fu Hua. She blad him for delaying her from eating.
"Be good and wash your hands first." Fu Hua said to her.
Jia Li washed her hands and began to eat imdiately. She found today's lunch especially appetizing, and she finished everything on her plate.
Fu Hua thought she needed more soup and put more in her bowl since he noticed that she liked it.
"Are you not worried about your weight if you continue to eat this much?" Fu Hua asked as he watched her finish the soup he just put in her bowl.
Jia Li put down her empty bowl and wiped her lips before replying, "When I'm hungry, I don't think about my weight but now that I have finished eating, I can now worry about it."
"If you continue eating like this, you won't just be the only person that will add weight, our baby will be fat, and you may have a difficult childbirth." Fu Hua said to her in concern.
Jia Li was quiet as she thought about it. She didn't want to give a difficult birth but she couldn't stop herself from eating so much when she was famished.
Seeing her worried gaze, Fu Hua said to her, "I will ask your doctor to fix you a diet plan. I'm sure there are so healthy snacks you can eat when you're hungry that won't make you put on weight."
Jia Li sighed and glanced at him, "Can you set an appointnt with my doctor after my graduation ceremony, I need to go for another checkup."
"Weight checkup?" Fu Hua asked as he teased her.
Jia Li frowned as he made fun of her. And in order to get back at him, she took out her drugs but he fled before she could take them out of the packets.
Jia Li chuckled softly when she caught that frown on his face just before he fled.
In the evening, Grandfather Fu learned of Jia Li's graduation from the invitation that was sent to him from her school.
He was unhappy that Jia Li did not tell him about it and looking at the date written, Butler Lu reminded him that he had sothing on that day, but still, he was not happy about Jia Li's acts.
"How co Jia Li didn't tell about her graduation? Does she not want to attend as her family mber?" Grandfather Fu asked with a frown.
Grandfather Fu has been looking forward to this day, so he was a bit unhappy Jia Li did not tell him about it.
"Sir, Miss Jia Li may have thought that you have a busy schedule. She cares about you, and didn't want to disturb you with her events." Butler Lu said from the side as he tried to speak up for Jia Li.
Well he said the truth, Jia Li didn't want to disturb the old man, so she didn't tell him about it.
Grandfather Fu calms down after listening to him and decides to surprise Jia Li by attending her graduation ????? ceremony.
"Sir, Miss Jia Li will be surprised and excited to see you on that day." Butler Lu said with a smile.
Grandfather Fu smiled and asked, "Have you made arrangents for the gift I prepared for her?"
"Yes Sir, the docunts are ready. Your lawyer will bring it over tomorrow morning." Butler Lu replied.
The gift Grandfather Fu prepared for Jia Li was a property in her na. The property was a block of flats at one of the expensive locations in the City.
The gift was not for her graduation but for the news of her pregnancy. He has been thinking of what to gift to her for a long while before thinking of giving her a property in her na.
Jia Li will surely be shocked when she receives the house under her na.
