Chapter 146 - Fu Hua Gives An Excuse To Make Jia Li Co To His Bedroom
Since the day Zhi Ruo was rude and looked down on her, Fu ixu has been working hard to reach the top.
And not only that, but she also got a boost from Grandfather Fu, who give her a little reward for taking Jia Li's side, and befriending her.
Fu ixu was an E-list actress, but within a year, she moved to the C-list, because of Grandfather Fu's help.
Knowing that the reward of taking care of Jia Li was worth a lot, Fu ixu couldn't bring herself to stop taking care of Jia Li or trying to get close to her.
Fu ixu still had plans to get back at Zhi Ruo, but for now, she will work hard to get to them too and make sure to snatch all her roles opportunities from her.
Thinking of Jia Li, Fu ixu decided to give her a call.
"Mum, I need to rest now, see you later." Fu ixu said to her mother before leaving for her bedroom. And once she got to her bedroom, she phones Jia Li.
Jia Li was dressed and about to leave the house for the grocery store when she received Fu ixu's call.
"I haven't seen you in a long ti, when will you co back?." Fu ixu asked.
"I will soon. How was your last filming, sorry I forgot to ask?". Jia Li said.
Before her wedding to Fu Hua, Fu ixu was shooting a series, and she told Jia Li about it, and now she was done with it, Jia Li felt sorry for not asking about it.
"It was fine. We will be having a dinner to celebrate the release, do you want to co with ?." Fu ixu asked.
"Can you bring soone along?." Jia Li asked as she was starting to get excited.
"Of course, I can, any one of us is allowed to bring soone." Fu ixu said like it wasn't a big deal.
Jia Li was interested to know what it would be like to see so celebrities and done with them, so she was quick to accept her idea, but before she could say 'Yes' she rembered how the relationship between her and Fu Hua was, and what he said to her before they got married.
He wouldn't like the dia to know who his wife was.
"Jia Li, are you coming with ?." Fu ixu asked after waiting for a while and not hearing her response.
"I would like to, but I can't." Jia Li replied.
"Is it because of my cousin? Don't worry about it, I will introduce you as my friend, nobody will ask you any question." Fu ixu assured her.
"Okay, I will think about it." Jia Li said after a while.
If Fu ixu introduces her as a friend, then there wouldn't be any problem, but she didn't know if it will be okay with Fu Hua.
After the call with Fu ixu, Jia Li went to the grocery store to buy so vegetables, at, and things for a hot pot.
When Jia Li returned, she sighed in relief, because it was so cold outside that she almost couldn't stand it.
After changing her clothes, she turned up the air conditioner in the house, so she could feel warr quickly, and when she started to feel a little better, she turned down the temperature to the normal range, before going to the kitchen to make dinner before returned.

"How did you do today?." Fu Hua asked.
Jia Li sat down after putting soup in his bowl ???? and replied, "Fine. I worked on my pending drafts and went to the grocery store."
"That's good." Fu Hua said as he started to eat.
From the way he was eating, it's either he was very hungry, or he enjoyed Jia Li's cooking, so which was was it?
Jia Li and Fu Hua had their dinner in silence, and when they were done eating, Fu Hua reminded her about their moving houses the next day.
"I have called the moving company, they will be coming tomorrow afternoon to move our things. Since you have to submit your assignnt tomorrow, you can do that in the morning and co back on ti."
"Okay, what about you? Will you co back from work at noon?." Jia Li asked out of curiosity.
"I won't be going to work tomorrow." Fu Hua revealed.
Jia Li thought it must be because they were moving house that he canceled his appointnts for the next day.
Fu Hua helped Jia Li take the plates to the kitchen before leaving for his bedroom.
When Jia Li finished working in the kitchen, she went to her bedroom to rest. She didn't know if Fu Hua tis her or it was a coincidence because he called her on phone 10 minutes later when she was done resting and about going to the workshop.
"Can you co to my bedroom to help fold my clothes?." Fu Hua asked.
Jia Li didn't think too much about it and agreed to his request. "Okay."
Leaving her phone on the bed, she adjusted her sweater and wore her flip-flops before leaving her room for his own.
Jia Li knocked on the door, but she didn't receive any response, so she opened the door and peeped inside, but she didn't see Fu Hua. She even called out to him, but she didn't receive any response, so she walked in and closed the door without looking behind it.
As she made her way into the room, Fu Hua who was hiding behind the door, locked it with a mischievous smile on his face.
Jia Li heard the movent behind her and quickly turned with a vigilant look on her face. Seeing Fu Hua behind her, she was surprised.
"How did you... Have you been here?." Jia Li asked with a surprised gaze.
"Are you scared?." Fu Hua asked with a smile as he made his way towards her.
