Robert burst into laughter, "You're really courting death! Fine, I'll take that bet!"
Jas Ye nodded in satisfaction, "Let the whole family witness. Whoever reneges on the bet is cursing their own parents and grandparents!"
Jas Ye emphasized the words "cursing their own grandparents" to prevent Robert from backing out later, as that would an cursing Old Mada Xiao, who would certainly not let him off the hook.
"Alright!" Robert, unaware that Jas Ye was setting a trap, felt confident he couldn't lose.
He laughed and said, "Let the whole family witness, I look forward to you bowing to !"
Mary was startled and tried to signal to him, but he completely ignored her.
Old Mada Xiao didn't take the bet seriously; her only concern was whether they could get on Dihao Group's partnership list. If they could, she wouldn't mind even if Robert had to call Jas Ye "Dad."
So, she announced, "That's enough for today's eting. Mary, you have three days to secure the contract. eting adjourned!"

Her father, Christopher Xiao, also scolded Jas, "Jas, oh Jas, you good-for-nothing, you've really dood my daughter!"
