Jas Ye ordered his n to drag the five individuals up, his voice cold as ice, "Today, I'm sparing your pathetic lives, but if any of you dare to leak what happened here, I'll take your lives. Do you understand?"

The five n nodded frantically.

To be able to walk away with their lives was already a stroke of luck amidst misfortune; none of them dared to defy Jas Ye.

Seeing that the five were thoroughly subdued, Jas nodded in satisfaction and turned to Jeffrey Liu, Susan Liu's father, "You conned my brother, so you must pay the price. Tomorrow, transfer the ownership of the restaurant to my brother and get out with your daughter. Understood?"

Jeffrey Liu nodded vigorously, "Understood, I'll leave tomorrow!"

Jas then addressed Jason Zhao, Roy Zhao's father, "Your son cuckolded my brother and beat him severely. Tomorrow, you will compensate my brother with two million. Not a penny less. Got it?"

Jason Zhao quickly replied, "Mr. Ye, I'll transfer the money to your brother tomorrow!"

Satisfied, Jas turned to Lord Hong's n, "Alright, throw this trash out!"

The n imdiately dragged the five out.

Once they were gone, Jas said to Brother Biao, "Brother Biao, you did well this ti."

Brother Biao's face lit up with joy, "Mr. Ye, it was my duty!"

Jas said calmly, "I'll have soone transfer two million to your account as a reward."

Brother Biao was ecstatic, bowing repeatedly, "Thank you, Mr. Ye!"

Though he had earned quite a bit working under Lord Hong, Lord Hong was never this generous, giving two million in one go.

Jas sent a text to Charles Chen, asking him to handle the transfer for Brother Biao. Though he had plenty of money in his own account, it was inconvenient to manage it at the mont.

A minute later, the money was in Brother Biao's account.

Overwheld with excitent, Brother Biao kept bowing to Jas.

Jas then turned to Lord Hong, "Lord Hong, I assu you don't care for this two million."

Lord Hong quickly replied, "Mr. Ye, it's my honor to assist you."

Jas nodded, "I'll rember this favor. I'll give you a chance to rise to greater heights in the future."

Hearing this, Lord Hong imdiately knelt down and kowtowed to Jas.

For Lord Hong, it wasn't about the money; he wanted to climb higher. But for soone in his line of work, rising up was incredibly difficult.

Charles Chen was soone he had always wanted to curry favor with, but Charles had never looked up to him because of his lowly and dirty background.

Now, with just a word from Jas, there was a real chance Charles might help him out, paving the way for his future ascent!

After rewarding his n, Jas turned to Michael Wang, "Are you satisfied with today's outco?"

Michael was deeply shocked.

He couldn't understand how Jas had beco so powerful.

Even the underground king of Jinling had to kneel before him!

It took him a while to snap out of his daze, "Satisfied! Very satisfied!"

Jas said, "I've vented your anger, got the restaurant back for you, and secured two million in compensation. From now on, you'll have to walk your own path!"

Michael imdiately said, "Jas, I'll be forever grateful to you! I'll do anything you ask, no questions asked!"

Jas nodded, "First, focus on recovering. Once you're healed, manage the restaurant well. If I need anything from you, I'll let you know."

Michael repeatedly assured, "I'll be at your service anyti!"

Jas added, "Oh, and don't ntion today's events to anyone. I don't want others to know my identity. Understand?"

Michael quickly nodded, "I understand. Even if I die, I won't say a word!"

Jas nodded, "I'll arrange for two caretakers to look after you. Rest well. I'm leaving now."

...

Back ho, Jas didn't tell his wife, Mary Xiao, about what happened today.

He didn't want her to know too much; the less she knew, the safer she would be.

The next day, while out buying groceries, he suddenly received a call. To his surprise, it was from Patricia Song, the owner of Jiqingtang and the Song family's heiress.

Jas was puzzled. What could Patricia want with him?

Answering the call, Patricia's voice ca through, "Mr. Ye, I apologize for the intrusion. Please forgive ."

Jas instinctively asked, "Is there a problem with the Yuhuchun vase I repaired?"

Patricia quickly replied, "No, not at all. I'm calling for another matter."

Jas responded, "Go ahead."

Patricia explained, "I've recently taken an interest in an item but I'm unsure about it. Given your expertise in antiques, I'd like to hire you to take a look. Would you be interested?"

Jas wasn't particularly interested in appraising antiques, but he was currently in need of so spiritually infused items. He asked, "Can you tell what it is?"

Patricia answered, "It's an ancient jade piece. The seller claims it has calming, protective, and fortune-enhancing properties."

Jas's mind raced.

The "Nine Mysterious Heavenly Scriptures" he had stumbled upon ntioned sothing about spiritual items.

Such spiritually infused treasures were highly beneficial to people. He was eager to find out if such treasures truly existed in the world. He agreed, "Alright, I'll go with you."

Patricia said, "Thank you, Mr. Ye. I'll pick you up at eight tomorrow morning."

"Okay."

After hanging up, Jas pondered.

The wealthy greatly valued antiques that could adjust Feng Shui, calm the mind, and ward off evil. He could use this opportunity to interact with them more and see if any opportunities arose.

The next morning.

Patricia arrived on ti to pick up Jas.

Once Jas got in the car, Patricia said, "Mr. Ye, several other people from Jinling will also be vying for this ancient jade today. The competition will be fierce."

Jas nodded, "It doesn't matter how many people there are. What matters is the quality of the item. If it's good, the number of people won't be an issue. I believe in your capability, Miss Song. If you truly want the treasure, no one can stop you."

Patricia smiled, "You're too kind, Mr. Ye. As the saying goes, 'There are always mountains beyond mountains and people beyond people.' Even in Jinling, there are countless hidden talents far superior to ."

Jas feigned surprise, "Really? Isn't the Song family the most powerful in Jinling?"

Patricia laughed, "That's just on the surface. For instance, the new chairman of the Dihao Group. One Dihao Group is worth more than our entire Song family. That person's capabilities are truly unfathomable."

She sighed, "I really want to et this big shot, but he's too mysterious. There's no way to get close."

A quick look at " will leave you more fulfilled.
