"I can’t believe we’re in the past right now. Isn’t that fucking aweso? Guys! We’re ti travelers! I’ve watched so many movies about ti travel. I think I’m an expert at this point." Kai took one step forward, and a large flaming boulder landed right in front of him.

"Hmm. I was not expecting to nearly be crushed upon entering this place."

"Kai, look. They’re fighting." Kyana pointed to a large group of people, an army, fighting against nearly invisible monsters and soldiers. They each wielded a chono-blade in their hand and were doing relativvely good against their enemies.

"You think those are the people who were trapped here?" Sasha asked

"Who knows, let’s ask them." Kai flew over to a man who was clearly commanding the troops against the nearly invisible monsters and soldiers.

"Hey man, what’s going on here?"

"Oh fuck! Who the hell are you? Where did you co from?" The commander nearly jumped out of his boots.

"We’re from the outside, man. We’ve co to rescue you."

"Pwahahaha! Hey guys, this loser ca from outside and is here to rescue us!"

Everyone started laughing extrely hard and began to make fun of Kai’s group.

"That’s not nice, you know. I was trying to be helpful." Kai didn’t like the disrespect he was getting.

"Yeah, sure, whatever. It’s been 700 years, according to the last person I’ve spoken to from the outside, and nothing has changed. We’re still trapped here."

"Ah, it’s been a thousand years now." Kai corrected him.

"Even worse."

"Well, don’t worry, I...Wait a minute, why is a man in charge here? And how do you possess Ki?"

"Fucking dumbass. Our masters allowed us to learn Ki so we could beat that fucking bastard god! But so far, nothing has worked. We keep getting reset over and over again."

"Garghhh!" A man was killed by a monster.

"Dammit, Jimmy, I always tell him to keep his head low when he’s in the trenches. I’m not reminding him again on the next cycle."

"Where’s the hero?" Kai demanded to know

"Lady Thalia?"

Kai took a minute to have the na register in his head. "How do you spell her na?"

"T. H. A. L. I. A."

"And its pronouced thout the H? Only the T?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because it sounds better, that’s why." Kai always pronounced the na Thalia like Thomas.

"Okay, weirdo. What do you want with her?"

"I’m going to fuck her and make her my new wife. She’s gonna have my kids and will be added to my harem. What the fuck do you think I want with her? I want to speak with the woman, duh! Dumb fuck." Kai wasn’t lying about the first part, though.

"O-Oh. She’s in the castle fighting against the god. She’s never won before, but she’s confident she can get close this ti around."

"Is there anyone else with her?"

"No. She’s the only one powerful enough to stand a chance, even if that chance is very small."

Kai knew that Thalia would always lose. The difference between a Hero and a god, an outer god to be specific, was like night and day. Even he would have a difficult ti fighting an outer god since he’s a very young one.

"Girls, have fun. I’m going to go visit this hero."

"Cool."

"Okay."

"Yes! Killing ti!"

"Be safe. That’s a god after all."

"Give ’em hell, babe!"

"You girls are the best!" Kai rocketed off.

"So, need any help?" Gwen asked the commander.

"No, you all can leave. We don’t need help from outsiders like you." He scoffed.

"I see." Maybe Gwen hung around Kai too much because she didn’t even hesitate to remove the man’s head from his body, tossing it to the monsters to eat.

"Listen up, people, I’ll be commanding all of you as of this mont, and if you have a problem with it, then I’ll kill you, plain and simple! You got it?"

"YES, MA’AM!" Although they knew they would co back to life in the next cycle, they hated dying, so they wanted to avoid that at all costs.

"Good, now let’s win this shit."

---

"Fucking castles, man. They’re all mazes! Why can’t they have a simple mansion with a courtyard or sothing? It’s so much easier to get around.

Kai could feel the fluctuations of energy coming from a specific direction, but he was so confused about where to go, running into dead ends left and right.

"Fuck it." He just started running through the walls, leaving a hole in the shape of his body each ti he did so.

Eventually, he made it to the throne room where the god and hero were duking it out, and the hero was losing badly.

"After hundreds of cycles, you still haven’t gotten close to beating , and you never will!" He picked the hero up by the head, slamd her into the ground, then kicked her into the wall, only to pull her back and slam his fist into her gut.

She puked up blood and staggered to her feet, continuing to lift her sword against the god.

"I-I will kill you, and when I do, I will free the people." Thalia’s eyes were still filled with an eternal fla, one that wouldn’t let her give up.

"So beautiful." Kai nearly cried

"Huh? A new challenger?"

"That’s right. I’m the character you unlock after playing the ga for a certain amount of ti, and I’m here to kick your ass." Kai cracked his knuckles and started walking over to the god.

He waved his hand, healing Thalia, and told her to sit back.

"Stop! He’s too powerful! You’ll only be forfeiting your life!"

"YOU SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE GIRL, YOU MORTAL!" The god rushed over to Kia and slamd his fist against Kai’s handso face.

"Who the fuck are you calling mortal, you dick-shaped bastard!" Kai grabbed the god’s arm, crushing it from his grip, then dug his fist so deep into the god’s gut that the shockwave obliterated the castle while the god was sent flying into a mountain.

"You know, I’ve just noticed that the space in this ti bubble is oddly large, considering the fact that this should only be a town. Why is a castle here?"

Thalia didn’t know which was crazier: Kai managing to harm the god, or him wondering why the place wasn’t simply a town.

"W-Who the fuck are you?"

"Kai LuForia, The future King of the Pirates."
