"That’s an interesting fact you got there. Would you like to know what people call ?" Kai stood up straight and radiated confidence. He wasn’t afraid of the demon king, nor was he worried about losing.
Truth be told, he wanted to enjoy the battle, but he also wanted to beat him up so badly that the demon king would beg for rcy. He didn’t know what to choose.
"You have a title as well? Go on, let hear it!"
"Ha! They call .....Fuck, I couldn’t think of anything on the fly. I wanted to sound cool as fuck as well, but nothing ca up in my head."
Malgus frowned upon hearing this.
"Wait, wait." Kai put out his hand. "Give a second to think. I’m sure I’ll co up with sothing cool."
"Titles are given from your feats, not from simply thinking about it!" Malgus beca angry and pointed his sword at Kai.
"My feats, huh? Then they call , the lustful...no, that sounds stupid. How about the "Won King"? Nah, that’s la as fuck. Dammit, who would have thought this would be so hard? Whatever, I’ll just punch you in the face until you die. I call that head trauma. Ha, that was good, right?"
Silence.
"Fuck off." Kai rushed in.
Malgus did the sa.
Once more, their blades slashed with a terrifying force, desrtoying the land around them. Each swing could reshape the terrain, and each clash was as violent as a storm. The shockwaves produced from their battle were so intense that every mage available had to pitch in just to create a barrier around the capital, and even then, the shield was still cracking.
"I comnd you for being this strong, but if you think this is enough to beat , then you’re severely mistaken." Malgus overpowered Kai, knocking his sword hand above his head.
Kai quickly used his other hand to counterattack, but Malgus already suspected that, using shadows to bind his arm, then kicked him in the stomach, knocking Kai into a mountain.
"Damn, this guy’s good. He’s the demon king for a reason. What are his stats like?"

’Hahaha! Now that’s more like it!’ Kai’s energy flared up like crazy, causing the continent to tremble under his power. Although he did it for fun, Kai didn’t need so many points in his charm stat, so he transferred most of them to his mana stat.
"Now, let’s see who’ll co out on top, you ugly bastard!" The mountain split apart as Kai blurred forward, his fist wreathed in fla. He smashed it into Malgus’s jaw, the impact cracking the air like thunder. The Demon King skidded back, boots tearing trenches in the earth.
Kai twirled his wrist, grinning. "C’mon, mister demon king, you hit softer than my grandma!"
Malgus snarled, shadows coiling around his body, forming spears that launched at Kai. But Kai snapped his fingers, freezing the projectiles midair with a burst of gravity magic before roundhouse-kicking them back. The shadow spears detonated across the battlefield, ripping canyons through the ground.
"Where did this power co from?!" Malgus bellowed
"Deez Nuts!" It literally ca from his nuts, which is crazy to say.
Without pause, Kai flickered behind him and drove a knee into Malgus’s ribs, sending him crashing through a mountain. He stretched his shoulders, chuckling. "I can see how Horith fell to you, but unfortunately, I’m your worst opponent."
From the rubble, Malgus erged, coughing blood but still standing tall. His blade of shadow lashed out, catching Kai across the chest, the sting sharp despite Kai’s reinforced body. Malgus’s eyes burned with fury.
"Arrogant bastard... you’ve barely scratched my true power. I was rely going easy on you!"
Kai leaned on his sword, smirking. "Oh? So you do have so more power hiding away, huh? Good—I was starting to get bored."
Before he could finish his taunt, Malgus roared, unleashing a surge of demonic energy so vast the sky turned crimson. Shadows erupted like tidal waves, engulfing the land, twisting forests into bone-like spires and lakes into pools of molten black. The battlefield itself groaned, reshaped into a hellish domain.
"Oh, fuck. Maybe I shouldn’t have taunted him. h, whatever."
Malgus’s aura towered like a storm, his wounds knitting, his strength multiplied. He raised his hand, summoning a colossal scythe of shadows that could cut mountains in half. "Playti is over."
Kai grinned widely, electricity crackling across his fists as he crouched low. "Nah... it’s just getting fun." He kicked his sword back up and dashed toward Malgus.
"First strike, Daybreaking Destruction." Malgus swung his scythe, and nothing happened.
"Pfft! What the fuck was that?! Was I supposed to be..." Kai’s senses went into overdrive, narrowly avoiding an attack he couldn’t see, let alone sense. A small part of his cheek was cut, but that paled in comparison to the real damage Malgus did.
The ground rumbled, shifted, then exploded. Water gushed up to the surface, flooding the land up to Kai’s ankles. When he looked down, he could only see water and magma. Then, when he turned around, he saw how powerful the attack was.
The entire continent was split in half.
