Her voice wasn’t loud, but most of the custors inside the clinic were Espers so they heard her words.
“So it’s Sir Aethelwolf! No wonder! Only soone as elegant as him can play this kind lody!”

anwhile, inside his room on the third floor, Leric felt even more emotional after he heard the familiar sound of the guitar. Without thinking, he started singing as he played the guitar.

The crowd imdiately stopped what they were doing when they heard Aethelwolf’s voice. The song is about soone reminiscing about his childhood mories and it made everyone in the clinic recall their youth.
No one emitted a sound and they silently listened to the beautiful song. When the music reached its end, so people even started tearing up.
Leric opened his eyes after singing the final lyrics of the song. He stared lovingly at the guitar, but then he heard the sudden cheering and applause of the people in the clinic. He smiled and went out of his room to see them. “It looks like even the people of this world also love music...”
When he appeared on the first floor, everyone stared at him in admiration. They also looked at the instrunt he was carrying curiously.
“It looks like a guqin.”
“No. I think it’s similar to a vihuela. Just that the one in Sir Aethelwolf’s hands looks more beautiful and well-made.”
Leric could hear their words so he smiled at them. “Hello, everyone! I hope my ugly singing didn’t scare you all.”
“It’s not ugly at all, Sir Aethelwolf. It is the most beautiful song I’ve ever heard in my life!”
“That’s right! Even those wandering bards couldn’t compare to your singing!”
Skylar and the other ladies walked toward him. They also praised his singing as well as the beautiful lody of his guitar.
“What instrunt is this, Sir Aethelwolf?”
“Oh, this? This is a guitar.” Leric answered.
“Guitar? I’ve never heard of such an instrunt...”
“Yeah. It must be a new one created by Sir Aethelwolf.”
“Sir Aethelwolf, can you play one more song?” One of the custors asked with a pleading look. Leric’s singing was capable of making them feel at peace and they all wanted to hear more of it.
“Alright. Since so of you want to hear more, I’ll play one more song for your guys.” Leric grabbed a stool for himself and sat down. He then turned his head at everyone and said. “I’m gonna play a lively song this ti and it’s about a man daydreaming about his future.”
He strumd the guitar gently and started the music with a fingerstyle. The gentle movents of his fingers and the lively tune created a pleasing harmony that made everyone enter into a trance.
When Leric began singing the first verse of the song, everyone’s mood was suddenly lifted and they unconsciously started shaking their heads according to the beat of the music.
It was a lively atmosphere and the pedestrians outside the clinic could not help but be attracted by the catchy music. Soon, the clinic was filled with all sorts of people and all of them were looking at Leric with admiration.

In the Rayden Household’s mansion, a woman in her late thirties bowed to an old man who was holding a cane. “Greetings, father.”
The woman was the sa woman who owns the clothing shop in Dominion District. She was also the lady who angered Leric that night.
The old man nodded his head calmly. “What brings you here, Agnes? I thought your store is open at this hour.” He asked while looking at the woman in confusion. The lady’s na is Agnes and he is the daughter of this old man.
Agnes’ face darkened as she recounted the details of how she t Samira last night. She also ntioned about how she was humiliated by Leric.
The old man frowned after hearing his daughter’s words. “Do you know anything about that man?” He asked. Samira wasn’t the kind of woman who would casually go out for a stroll at night with a man. From his daughter’s words, the man is a Level 4 Alchemist and he looks like soone in his late twenties.
Agnes shook her head. “I only know his na. According to my subordinates, he is called Aethelwolf. He owns a clinic in Dominion District and he is selling pills and sothing called soap. I haven’t been there so I don’t know the specifics.”
“To think that soone actually wants to challenge my Rayden Household. I think people are starting to think that we have beco weak after staying silent for a long ti.” The old man muttered in a cold voice. He is the family head of the Rayden Household, the arch nesis of Julius Reynolds, Jericho Rayden!
Agnes felt a bit nervous when she heard her father’s chilling voice. “What do you want to do, father?”
Jericho glanced at her coldly and said. “Since he said that he wants to challenge my Rayden Household, then let see if he can truly destroy our decades of foundation! Continue your business! I will support you in the shadows!”
Hearing this, Agnes’ eyes lit up. “Thank you, father!”
