The woman stopped in front of Kyson and stood with graceful deanor.

Just by standing there, she exudes an aura that is unfit for this place.

She bowed at Kyson, filled with elegance in her movents.

"A pleasure to et you. My na is Mirai Truffle. A Hidden Class–Buff Specialist."

Kyson nodded in realization.

’So she’s the hidden class, huh.’

A hidden class is multiple ranks higher in terms of quality compared to Kyson’s beast tar.

If both classes of the sa level face each other, the hidden class will win without even breaking a sweat.

Of course this situation is only applicable to ’ordinary’ people.

If Kyson were the one to face them... he’s the one who wouldn’t even break a sweat.

"So, what did you approach for?"

Kyson didn’t even bother introducing himself back. He asked with a hint of rudeness from his tone.

Mirai remained silent for a while.

Then she moved.

She took off the good covering her head and a golden blonde hair that sparkled against the sun revealed itself.

Blue eyes like the sky, thin soft lips, sharp nose, and skin without any blemish.

A girl with outstanding appearance stared directly at Kyson, maintaining a polite deanor.

For a mont, Kyson can’t help but be srized by her looks.

But thanks to his relatively high spirit stat, he managed to gather himself and return to normal.

Kyson stared at Mirai’s deep blue eyes and Mirai stared back at him.

Mirai was the first one to break the silence.

"The reason I wanted to invite you to our party is sothing related to my talent."

Pausing for a mont, she continued, "My talent is telling that you’re soone I can rely on. Because of that, I concluded that you’re a strong individual."

Hearing that, Kyson looked thoughtful. Looking at Mirai, he rembered his new skill.

Silently, he chanted, ’Identification!’

[Mirai Truffle]

Class: Hidden Class–Buff Specialist

Level: 9

Talent: Luck Detection (A)

Skill: Dragon’s Blessing, Ability Enhancent, Bodily Roar...

...

After seeing the panel in front of him, Kyson’s eyes narrowed.

’So her talent is to detect luck. And it’s even rank-A.’

Technically, Mirai didn’t lie. She just said that her talent told her that he’s soone she can rely on.

However, the fact that she didn’t say exactly that it’s his luck that she’s using as basis didn’t sit well with Kyson.

Because of that, he didn’t want to bother listening to them further.

Turning around, he continued moving.

Before anyone could even say anything, he said, "Anyway,I said that I don’t want to join a party. So I’ll get going now."

Then he continued moving forward, not caring about any of them.

"Wait!"

Arthur wanted to stop him, but Mirai raised her hand.

"Don’t."

"But–"

"I said don’t. You don’t need to argue with ."

Mirai said, without even looking at him.

Arthur could only remain silent while feeling dissatisfied inside.

Mirai looked at the back of Kyson as he gradually walked further and further away.

In her eyes, a bright golden aura is enveloping him from head to toe.

Along with it, a blurry golden figure, that looks like a snake, is coiling around his body.

Its sharp reptile eyes looked back and stared directly at her, roaring.

"Roar!!!"

Finally, Kyson disappeared from her sight, turning everything around her back to normal.

"What monstrous luck that was..."

She can’t help but mutter, still feeling shock inside.

That was the first ti she saw luck so abundant, it turned into a creature that seems to be alive.

Thoughtfully, she said, "Maybe I can’t get him to be a part of my party this ti. But I should also make sure to never beco his enemy."

Mirai is aware.

With that kind of luck lingering around Kyson, even if he doesn’t do anything, she will suffer if she goes against him.

After sorting out her mind for a bit, she gathered everyone from the Ironheart and they started moving.

...

On the other hand, Kyson is already deep into the woods, searching for any goblins around.

"Hmm, I wonder where the goblin settlent is around here."

The existence of a Goblin General is a sign that there’s a large gathering of goblins sowhere in this forest.

Knowing this, Kyson’s target today is none other than that goblin settlent.

If he can kill enough goblins from there, he doesn’t have to worry about anything anymore.

The only problem now is that he doesn’t know where the settlent is!

"Hays, maybe I should’ve asked around in the forum. Soone there might know about it."

Kyson sighed weakly.

Not long ago, at the beginning of the great changes, before the Gaia System even started up.

A forum appeared in the eyes of the mass, creating a space that is solely for discussing the supernatural things that are happening.

Now, a few weeks have already passed since then, the forum has beco more developed, and people are gathering there more and more.

Unlike before where they only talk about events with a fearful and awed tone, the scene in the forum now has beco one similar to ga forums.

There are people there recruiting party or raid mbers, so selling items that they got, so are exchanging information, while others are just there to hang out.

The forum has beco more developed, forming its own community, its own ecosystem.

This evolution led to the forum becoming more active than ever.

...

Shaking his head, Kyson stopped thinking about useless stuff and focused on searching.

But after walking for a while, Kyson suddenly felt sothing amiss.

With a frown, he stopped on his tracks and looked all around him.

"... How co there’s not even any monsters here?"

Since the mont he entered the forest, Kyson hasn’t t any monsters.

The last ti he ca here, he t a lot of small mutated creatures as soon as he stepped foot in the boundaries of the forest.

But now, not even one, mutated creatures or monsters alike, none of them showed up.

"Is sothing happening in the forest?"

With this thought in mind, Kyson heightened his vigilance and remained alert at all tis.

As he moved around, he surveyed his surroundings to the extre.

Gradually, he went deeper into the forest and the surroundings grew dark as the trees grew taller and thicker, covering the light from the sky.

Imdiately, a heavy feeling descended on Kyson, making him frown.

"Sothing’s really wrong here..."

Imdiately, Kyson summoned Chicky and Cocky in order to make sure that nothing goes wrong.

Originally, he had the intention of fighting enemies on his own because his own stats are already astonishingly high.

But now, encountering a strange situation like this, Kyson wants to make sure that things won’t flip over him.

Since the trees have grown thicker, it has beco harder to drive the motorcycle here, prompting Kyson to put it inside Chicky’s beast space.

On foot, the three of them moved inside the dark forest.

"Hmm? What the hell is that?"

After walking for a while, Kyson noticed sothing on the trees ahead of them.

Abnormal black patches could be seen in various parts of the trees, looking eerie.

If you look closely, you will see that those black patches are actually wriggling like live creatures.

When he got closer to it, Kyson suddenly felt an uneasy feeling and his heart started throbbing wildly.

"Cluck cluck!"

"Cluck cluck!"

Similarly, the two chickens also started acting restless, distancing themselves from the thing on the ground.

Seeing this, Kyson imdiately stopped in his tracks and looked at those black patches intently.

"What the hell is this?"

Kyson used ’Identification’ on the tree without hesitation.

What he saw next made him furrow his brows.

[Contaminated Tree]

Description: A tree that’s been contaminated with demonic energy.

Note: Do not touch. Prolonged contact could contaminate oneself.

...

"Demonic energy?"

The information he got was limited but also contained a lot.

This is the first ti that Kyson encountered the term demonic energy and he doesn’t know anything about it.

But using the various fantasy entertainnt works from the past, he can easily conclude that this is not a good thing.

Looking around, it is not just one or two trees that’s contaminated with demonic energy.

Most of the trees in this part of the forest are now contaminated.

While so of them only have black patches, the others have been mostly consud, turning most of the tree black.

With just one look, you can already see how bad the current situation is.

Standing still, Kyson said, "This might be more trouble than I expected."

"The identification warned not to touch those things. I need to be really careful here."

Looking down at the restless chicken beside him, Kyson tried to think of a solution.

He first thought about making Chicky use Gigantification, but crossed it out.

If Chicky used Gigantification, it might end up touching those contaminated trees and other things around.

That will put Chicky in a bad situation.

Since Chicky couldn’t be used, Kyson turned his attention to Cocky.

Suddenly, a light lit up in Kyson’s eyes.

"Wait a minute... maybe this could work out?"
