After letting his mind rest for a while, Kyson finally stopped thinking about Cocky.
"Well, I got too engrossed in that Martial Arts Genius talent and almost forgot that I also have a talent that I should check."
With those words, Kyson casually opened his own character panel with a thought.
"Hmm, where’s my new talent... there it is—"
Just as he saw the new talent he received, suddenly, Kyson’s lips froze.
On the list of talents he has, sothing new, but familiar was added.
Silently, Kyson looked down at the whole character panel and saw sothing he saw not long ago.

That’s right.
His four dinsional stats have suddenly turned into Martial Qi just like Cocky’s!
And that is because of the added talent in his panel.

Exactly the sa talent as Cocky that he’s been so hyped about to see not that long ago.
Shockingly, he in turn now sees that sa talent in his own panel?!
Kyson was taken aback at this situation.
"How co the talent I received is the sa as Cocky’s?..."
Thinking about it with his eyes not moving away from the new talent, he finally ca to a conclusion not long after.
"Chicken Lord’s Blessing only said that I will also receive a random talent of the sa rank. That ans any talent, even if it’s the sa one as what my chicken received."
"So, there’s really nothing wrong if I also got this talent now. It’s just that..."

Now after they all combined together, his Martial Qi surprisingly reached 68.5 on its own.
But because of his Shared Defense and Chicky’s Absolute defense, his real Martial Qi is actually a whooping 274.5 points!
For such an attribute, one can already imagine how perverted it is!
Another thing to note is that, because of the combination of the four attributes, even though the nurical values seem lower than before, Martial Qi is actually four tis higher than any of the previous attributes.
If put into the previous panel, his strength, constitution, agility, and spirit would all be equivalent to 1,098 points each!
Such attributes are nothing but absurd for his own level!
Thinking of this, a wide grin suddenly appeared on his lips.

Porac Plaza, City Center.
The day passed normally and night descended on this bustling city.
A man wearing an oversized khaki shirt, white pants, and brown shoes could be seen standing near the fountain at the center of the plaza.
From ti to ti, he can be seen glancing on his phone and looking around the plaza, as if searching for soone.
"Where is that girl lody?"
That man is none other than Kyson.
Currently, he is waiting for lody for their appointnt tonight.
"She said to et at 6:30, but it’s already 7PM and she’s still not here."
Kyson couldn’t help but frown as he stood there.
One of the things that Kyson hates the most are people who are late to appointnts, especially if they are the one who set it.
Because of that, he can’t help but feel a bit peeved.
Just as he was feeling impatient, a girl slowly ran towards him.
"Kyson, sorry for the wait!"
Stopping in front of Kyson and catching her breath, she apologized.
It was lody.
Tonight lody is wearing a denim jacket with white shirt inside for her top, black jeans, and a pair of black boots.
Her outfit made her look cool with a rough but sexy vibe.
After catching her breath, lody faced Kyson with an apologetic look.
"Kyson, I’m really sorry. Sothing in my ho delayed , causing to be late. Really, sorry!"
Kyson looked at her and narrowed his eyes.
Then he relaxed and perfunctorily said, "It’s alright. Anyway, since you’re already here, let’s get going and finish this."
With that said, Kyson started walking.
lody hurriedly caught up to him and walked side by side with him.
Peeking at Kyson’s face, lody can’t help but feel guilty.
From his attitude, she can feel that he’s displeased.
Thinking of ways to ease the mood, lody started talking as they walked.
However, Kyson would only nod or hum from ti to ti with her, still looking indifferent.
Since lody is the one treating, she led the way and they arrived in a relatively expensive looking place.
It was a fine dining restaurant with decorations that scread of luxury.
The restaurant was called Candles and Wine.
In Porac City, Candles and Wine is a pretty well-known high end dining place.
Most of the people, if not all, wished at least once to dine here.
However, the prices here stopped a lot of people, especially those people at the lower end of the societal stratum.
Kyson also knows about Candles and Wine.
Back when he was a kid, he also thought about eating here, but life was tough, not allowing him to fulfill that wish.
But that changes tonight.
Turning to lody beside him Kyson opened his mouth to speak for the second ti tonight.
"Is this where we’re going to eat, lody?"
lody nodded and smiled, "What do you think? If you don’t like it here, you can just tell ."
Shaking his head, Kyson said, "No, this is alright. Let’s go."
The two of them went inside the restaurant and were greeted by a hostess.
"Good evening, ma’am, sir, do you have a reservation?"
"Yes, lody Zamora."
"Please follow , I will guide you to your table."
After lody answered, the hostess showed them to their table.
After they got seated, the hostess handed them the nu and said, "I will be just there if you need , Ma’am and Sir. If you’re ready to order, please call any of our waiters."
Kyson and lody browsed through the nu.
While doing so, lody glanced at Kyson and said, "Kyson, just order whatever you want. Tonight is my treat, so choose with confidence."
Kyson took a glance at her and found her looking at him with a smile.
The two of them chose their desired dishes and called for the waiter.
One by one, they listed down the dishes they like.
lody seems to be familiar with the foods here and ordered with great familiarity.
On the other hand, Kyson doesn’t really understand the nu that is filled with fanciful nas.
In the end, he just picked a few that sounded good and let it be done with.
Once the waiter got all their orders, he left.
With only the two of them, they looked at each other face to face.
lody was the first one to open her mouth and speak, saying, "Kyson, are you mad that I was late?"
Her question was direct to the point, imdiately targeting the issue.
Looking at her, Kyson shook his head, "I wouldn’t say that I’m mad or angry."
Then he continued, "But I really didn’t like the fact that you’re late after telling on the phone to not be late."
lody looked at him guiltily, "I’m really sorry, Kyson. I really didn’t an to be late."
After saying that, she thought for a mont and said, "It was all because of my dad that’s why I’m late to our appointnt."
lody then explained the reason for being late.
Before even 6PM, lody was actually done preparing and was already planning to go out to not be late.
But just then, her father, Rolen Zamora, ca back ho from his office.
Seeing that she was going out, he started asking this and that.
When he found out that she’s going out to eat with a man, he paused and told her that she can only go out at 6:45PM before heading to his study room.
Because of that, lody fell into a dilemma.
If she really followed his words, she would inevitably be late for this appointnt.
However, she also knows her father’s temper. With the way he’s acting, she knows that she can’t go against him.
In the end, she could only follow his words and failed to arrive on ti.
"So that’s how it is. Okay, I understand it now. I won’t hold it against you anymore."
After hearing her explanation, Kyson understood everything and the look on his face finally eased.
