Suddenly, Cian snapped back to reality and said regretfully.

"However, all of that was wiped away during the Great Calamity. The only traces that remain from that ti were the Paradise Islands. Using the theory and practical application of Alternative Magic, we were able to stay afloat above the ground and avoid mutant monsters without consuming too much of the limited Mana or Holy Energy in the surroundings. However, if this Inheritance in your separate dinsion is truly related to the lost research of Alternative Magic, then it has a far greater value to my Church and Royals than you all think. Especially, the Royals as they are the descendants of the Human Race that developed this research."

Ushi nodded.

"The Royals have been remaining low-profiled all this ti, it’s likely in preparation to enter my Shadow Dinsion. Princess Rina is a headache as well, she disappeared the mont she ca here. Even my Ei Sect and Jieun Clan were unable to locate her, if news of her finding that secret area hadn’t appeared we wouldn’t have known where she was."

Ushi had long secretly taken out a jade slip and reported everything discussed here to his Clan. Though he tactfully left out a few details, or gloss over a few topics.

Suddenly, Yoon-Jae’s eyes flashed as he turned towards Ushi and asked.

"Are the rumors about your Miura Clan being related to the Ei Sect and Jieun Clan true?"

Ushi gave Yoon-Jae a mysterious smile as he said.

"Eldest Brother, why do you think the Six Holy Sects and Five Great Clans fear us? If you trace back the current figureheads of each of those powers to several hundred years ago, you’d co across a similar situation. They are not the original heirs of the Ei Sect or the Jieun Clan. After a little ’accident’ the in-laws of those main inheritors had won the favor of the Ei Sect and Jieun Clan’s Elders to beco the official Leader. Rather than say the Six Holy Sects and Five Great Clans fear us, I should say the Five Holy Sects and Four Great Clans fear us as each one is ours, ha-ha..."

Ushi let out a chuckle filled with mirth. He didn’t mind revealing this as it wasn’t so big secret, it was already well-known among the truly powerful individuals on the Continent.

But the others were different, they couldn’t help but be shocked by the Miura Clan’s thods. Especially Yoon-Jea, Byeong-ho, and Mar-Dule as they had a deeper understanding the top powers on the Continent as heirs to one of those powers.

It seed as if Miura Clan had the ambition to rule over the Eastern Continent from the Shadows. But judging by the fact they haven’t achieved this yet, one could see that sothing was hindering their plans.

Suddenly, Mar-Dule turned to Byeong-Ho and asked.

"Will the top one hundred disciples who pass the first stage be the ones to enter this secret area?"

Byeong-Ho nodded.

"The Laws of the smaller dinsion are too weak, if those above the Spiritual Realm were to enter, it might collapse. And because of the destruction that might result from those existence fighting over the corpses themselves, they chose to use the younger generation to fight over this opportunity instead."

"The sa could be said for the Inheritance in my Clan’s Shadow Dinsion."

Ushi added and Byeong-Ho nodded.

"There is sothing else as well."

Byeong-Ho suddenly said before he slightly clenched his fists. Looking at Sol he continued.

"The Holy Sects and Great Clans have confiscated all the territory in Pearl City. The Plum Blossom Gathering this year will be delayed due to the tournant, but as the one hosting it I was inford that it will decide how the territory in Pearl City will be divided."

"That’s bullshit! How can they confiscate sothing that doesn’t belong to them? They’re even planning on dividing up my spoils, how shaless!

Mar-Dule imdiately let out an angry cry, but Yoon-Jae shot him a glare and said.

"You an our spoils... No, if you think about it most of Pearl City actually belongs to Sol."

Everyone turned to Sol to see his response.

Needless to say, Sol was irked by this news as well. Because he had been in a hurry to get Little Zeel back to the Academy, he didn’t have ti then to manage the territory he had gotten from all the Sects and Clans in Pearl City.

The sche to con them had been planned and carried out mainly by him, and though he hadn’t borrowed capital from everyone, Sol did burrowed dicinal plants and herbs from them to carry out the plan.

They did regain so of their low-grade and mid-grade dicinal plants from the auction in the end, but he still didn’t consider himself the sole owner of those territories.

Byeong-Ho, Mar-Dule, Yoon-Jae, Cheong-San, Cheong-Su, and Dae Han all had a stake in those territories.

After thinking for a mont, Sol said.

"I’ll think of sothing when the ti cos. First, we’ll just focus on the Tournant."

With that said, no one thought about the issue anymore.

Upon seeing this, Cian’s eyes flickered in thought. He could see that everyone placed a lot of trust in Sol, to the point he had almost beco a leader to them.

If he wasn’t wrong, this fellow with the strange sword was Byeong-Ho, soone who was known as the number one genius of the Eastern Continent and a person who might be on par with Princess Rina of the Beorhtric Family.

Yet, whether knowing or unknowingly, he was following Sol’s lead. Cian couldn’t help but beco more interested in Sol.

’If my plan to peacefully create a harmonious relationship between my Church and the Eastern Continent fails, I’ll probably include him in my act of madness. With his background and potential, he might just be able to do it.’

Cian thought to himself but soon placed the absurd thought at the back of his mind. That act of madness was sothing he wished to never do unless he was left with no other choice.

After so ti, the conversation of the group soon steered from these complicated matters to Sol and the others asking Cian questions about the Western Wastelands.

They knew of so general information, but as a native Cian would know more.

Cian was happy to answer their questions, but he also asked questions of his own regarding the Eastern Continent.

The conversation went late into the night until Mar-Dule yawned and decided to leave.

"I need to get back to my warm bed, I’ve been gone for too long."

He said before excitedly leaping over the wall and disappearing into the night.

Cian, Yoon-Jae, and Ushi also went to take their leave, but Sol stopped Ushi and Yoon-Jae before asking.

"Wait, do you know what a Soul nding Pearl is?"

Sol also turned to look at Byeong-Ho.

However, all three youths shook their heads, it was their first ti hearing about this item as well.

Cian, who had not left yet smiled and said.

"Brother Sol, this is a treasure from our Church. It’s an item that allows soone to heal any type of injury to their soul. If a Worshiper, soone who cultivates their Faith Energy through their Followers, refines it, their power will have a sharp increase. It’s a rare and miraculous item that even I have never seen or much less hold before."

After listening to Cian’s explanation, Sol went into thought.

As if reading his mind, Cian said softly.

"Brother Sol, it might not be able to help with your situation."

Sol shook his head.

"I know, but I’m curious about it nonetheless."

Cian nodded.

"Okay, I’ll take my leave."

Cain then bowed to Sol and the others before leaving.

Before leaving, Yoon-Jae looked at Sol.

Sol smiled and reassured.

"I’m fine, I’m not in any danger."

Yoon-Jae looked deeply at Sol’s smiling expression before he nodded and left with Ushi.

Sol then turned to Byeong-Ho who hadn’t made a move to leave.

"Is there sothing else you need to tell ?"

Byeong-Ho nodded.

"Yes, it’s about the friend you once asked to find for you."
